Look at other games like PoE or Genshin. They operate on a pure cash shop model, and the developers there k ow how to make content that people want to consume, and are both incredibly successful at it. it’s not the cash shop, or lack of sub fee that has limited GW2’s success over nearly 10 years, it’s the studios gross mid management of the game, and failure to support, or even create a proper vision of what their game should have been.

Title says it all. I'm very surprised that the two top positions on the NA leaderboards haven't been slapped with a perma ban. Currently 100 ranked games in with 100% win rate. Absolutely absurd and an absolute joke. Not even basing my accusations on their statistically improbable win rate, but more so the fact that these two members are notorious within the win trading community for doing this kind of nonsense. Come on ANET.

Might be the clunkiest class in the game. Zero fluidity, dodge feels terrible, Gs skills weird oddly weighted, they even feel worse than Reapers. Always wanted Gs for Rev. Not like this.

This game needs end game content that you can do with a Guild. Raids are forever shelved, WvW is dead in the water with Alliances being completely abandoned (maybe in next xpac but who the heck knows), guild missions are dead, etc.

So darn confused as to why this wasn't happening years ago when people actually played the game. Too little too late.

The fact that you're bottlenecked so hard without paying quite a bit of money already turns me off them. I'm looking at what I have to work with, and I'm literally left with the only option to pay $60+ dollars to fill out my builds or be forever inconvenienced. Templates as they are now are a joke, and the monitization (price especially) is absurd.

You want to blame THEM for ANET hyping up an announcement, no, a staged EVENT and proceeding deliver the absolute, the most disappointing let down I've ever seen? Honestly this almost, ALMOST makes Diablo Immortal look good. I'm off to WoW Classic, Rainbow 6 Siege, Monster Hunter, and all of the other games I've skipped because I had faith in this game. Across 3 of my once busy guilds, a handful still play GW2. And even they are disgusted by todays events. Everyone else I know has quit the game. WvW is dead, PvP is dead, Raid scene is dead. I'm done. The game is DEAD from anyone's perspective who isn't just a cashshop whale. Because that's all anet supports. Gemstore buyers and new players who will spend money in their gemstore.

I'm actually quite surprised that there's not a high sustained hammer DPS class (inb4 next ranger elite). Aside from Rev and War in WvW, hammers are borderline useless outside niche uses. I'd like to see hammer go full on slow sustained/high dps with huge risk of messing up the rotation to warrant it's high damage.

No the video is to prove that you're actually not bad at your class and getting 30k+ on golem.

Good choice on the diviners. Zerk (wvw), Vipers (PvE raids), and Diviners (fractals/pve raids), is your go to setup. You could work towards a harrier set if you want, but honestly Healbrand is super common, and tbh you really don't need a healer for a good CM+T4 group anyways. Though you should work on a legendary set so armour is a non issue.

Agree'd but honestly if anet makes FB abilities primarily 10 man then they've gone full circle in regards to the "have have class" in a raid comp. FB as it is is so stupidly over-tuned. It's just an endless boon bot that will probably started to be randomly/heavily nerfed as we get closer to the next set of elite specs.

They really need to start doing CM's again in order to ditch any story elements. Anytime I get 100 or 99 non CM I just groan because of the dialogue checks.
