I thought the Character Slot was just added... didn't require getting something in an in-game mail. And the same with the Shared Inventory Slot, which came with the lvl 80 upgrade in it. (which is why I wonder how come all the items from Deluxe and Ultimate couldn't just be added to your account instead of sending you a consumable that can glitch, or get lost/deleted)

awww... now I feel like a red headed step child. I submitted a ticket last night... and nothing yet. 😢

When you go to submit a ticket, they say to double check that it isn't on an alt, or in the bank... So I did.. I even went so far as to check the mail on each individual character (some mail items are "soulbound" and only show up with that character) and no... I don't have them. What I don't understand is why the items you get with the Deluxe, and Ultimate Edtions aren't just added to your account.. why bother with a consumable that can get lost (or bug out)?

or at least salvage stack... my finger would appreciate it.

[sigh] yeah... my Renegade takes a lot more work now... it had been my favorite character up until today. I think I'll go play something else while all the build crafters come up with a new way to spec a fun, survivable character.

Well, I got the skiff skin with all the other stuff... and I double clicked it and it was added to my account, or wardrobe, or whatever... and this was about a month ago when I bought it, so I don't know what you are talking about with the whole "wouldn't let you use it" thing. It let ME use it... and I just assumed it would be available once EoD started. It's not. Guess I need to open a ticket...

So then... how long are we looking at for this to get fixed? a week? a month? three months? I have to say, it's pretty frustrating to finally put the effort into getting a mount you have to put a lot of work into to unlock... only for the very last item required (plague scarab egg) to be completely out of reach... for who knows how long.
