The Lunar New Year Festival has began, but I can not find the Floating Lantern Skiff Skin in the store, yet I see other LNY themed stuff. Will this skiff skin be available for purchase this year? I have prepared my gems, and was shocked that it's not in the store.. and kinda sad too...

When I try to preorder the ultimate edition I'm getting this message: when I try from a different browser, I get this: I tried doing this from 4 different browsers (edge/mozzila/opera/chrome) from 2 different PCs, my phone, as well as ingame but with no success. Also tried 3 different bank cards from different banks and also paypal. I'm from Bulgaria if that matters. Anyone having similar issues, where could be the problem, could it be at anet's end ?
