I just bought the game 3 days ago

I bought some gems and I wanted to exchange for gold. Every time I try to exchange it, it says internet error code 0:0:0:0:101. I tried %temp%, delete the cache folder and its still not working. I submit ticket like 2-3 days ago still haven't hear anything back. None of my friends are having this issue. Can anyone help me???
