The mystery has been solved. Somehow a locked achievement was being tracked. I don't know how that happened/how that was even possible. I finished Agent's Pack last night and immediately Lightbringer's Pack showed up as a tracked achievement. Please be assured that I had 'cleared' all achievements repeatedly from the hero panel on multiple days so that should have fixed it.

It is not indicated in the story journal at all. HoT - 6 - you just report the death of Eir, there isn't a mention of what order/amulet you pick at all. Even in the following entries, there isn't a mention. I went through all of them.

I don't use filters but I have 'cleared' them anyway - it hasn't made a difference. I am not tracking any achievements other than the current dailies that I have to find in the hero panel each day that complete and then go away each day. A guildmate suggested that there is possibly some completed achievement, that now can't be cleared, and is now blocking the dailies from automatically showing up each day.

I don't believe so but it is possible - I've carried 7 alts through the most of the story in the past 2 weeks or so to work on getting the chak weapons. Out of curiosity I took an alt I knew that I picked the one for Crusader's and got it on that one as it was the one that unlocked the skin. I am fairly certain I've split the difference between the two backpacks that I had not completed the collections.

I've opened up a CS ticket and was advised to post here and open a bug report in game. It's pretty simple - I'm missing my dailies. I'm not talking about achievement points - I'm talking about how they how they appear automatically on the upper right corner of your screen. It happened after I had finished my dailies and then followed some achievements - I then unfollowed them. When I log in - the upper right hand corner is just a void of text unless I'm in an area and there is an event nearby. I now manually "track" my dailies by following them from the hero panel. It "works" but it is annoying.

I am replaying HoT for skins/weapons/collections/things to do. There is a bug stopping progress on the first level of the HoT backpack collections. I currently have Agent's Pack and Crusader's Pack active. I forget which I started first but one was "first" (Scholar's Pack was finished years ago) and had more progress as I took my alts up through HoT and ultimately both were at 7/8. I took an alt through the final step of HoT and while I saw the strap on the story completion screen, I didn't get credit for either collection.
