  1. The last time the vouchers have been updated seems to have been all the way back in Season 4 to add trade contracts and elegy mosaics. With EoD having been released a year and a half ago and SotO out, when is imperial favor and/or tyrian defense seals going to be added to these vouchers? Immediately upon release of the content these are used in makes sense not to have them added, but at this point is there any reason not to have some of this added to the vouchers. I am sure there are other things that could also be immediately added (probably not any of the SotO resources quite yet)
  2. Buil templates are here after asking for them since day 1 and I must say, I am very very disappointed with how Anet handled them. To start, we get effectly 2 per character (since traits rarely stay the same when gear does) which sure, It's nice... kind of. A lot of people can get away with having just 2 templates, but once you start getting into people who have access to legendary gear or people who have already cashed out on inventory expansion to run extra builds (aka the not overly casual people) it starts putting up red flags. Where the game is a target for more of a casual experience, it still is extremely questionable to completely neglect, or cash in on in this case, the loyal players who have stuck around, who have already given you money to play how they want. When buying a new character slot is a better investment if you want to run more builds, you have an issue with how the monetizing of this works. Especially since this is something that third party downloads have done much better for years. Hopefully they will listen, but considering how well legendary runes and sigils went, I have doubts this system will change
  3. This comes down to your playstyle but i personally opt for guardian. Specifically dragonhunter because of it's burst damage and aegis spamming abilities. I have been able to solo dungeons with it personally, but it still requires careful play. Warrior i think is one of the worst because of lack of healing potential. A lot of health but no real way to keep your health up. Mesmer has a similar issue as it's heals are very weak or used in the rotation. I know tempest is another good option if you can get around being glassy
  4. Flexible classes actually are quite a long list for a few reason. Regardless of how you wanna do it, it is better to opimize builds to specific roles, whether it be power, condi, healer, whatever else you need. Gonna try to keep it a bit short but no promises! Necro:Has a condi, power, and support healer build. Scourge is a pretty easy condition class to play and can pull decent numbers if you are going for a more optimized build. Scourge also has a healer/support build that can still do okay damage but supplies large amounts of barrier as well as might. Reaper is a decent power class, easy to play and kinda fun too. Ranger:Similar to necro, has a condi, power, and healer build. Soulbeast has both a condi and power build available for it, both are easy to play and not terrible. Very begin friendly class. Druid is basicly as you would expect as a pure healer, supplies good might and fury uptimes too. Revenant:Has the condi and healer, but it also has a hybrid boon dps build. Renegade makes for a very strong (though hard to master) condi build as well as healer. Healer has low sustain healing but very strong burst healing while also supplying alacrity. The third build sacrifices some of your damage as a dps for just supplying alacrity. Guardian:Actually has a lot of builds with condi, power, healer, and two boon dps builds. Dragonhunter is a very good power dps class, easy to play, easy to learn. Firebrand is also a very good condi dps class, sadly i don't know.much about it just because the build just become more viable with recent patches. Firebrand also make a very good healer supplying strong heals and quickness but you loss range with the potency of the healing. It also has hybrid builds for condi and power for quickness upkeeping. Mesmer:This class is a bit more complicated so if you wanna learn it may be a little harder to pick up. Has a condi, power, and boon bot build. Both it's condi build with mirage and power build with chrono is very good, but a bit harder to pick up. Chrono also is a decent boon bot, recent nerfs have made it a bit worse but it still can supply decent amounts of both quickness and alacrity as well as share any other boons it has. Hope this helps!
  5. It depends on how much pride you put into it. If you are looking at gw2efficiency, you also have to remember that is based off of people with an efficiency account, so there is a slight bias to the people who are very actively playing. Similar to raid stuff, yeah there are buyers but i would argue only 5% of players play em
  6. That is a complete other thing too. All fot them are the same with a stacking effect which is cool but then you look at Coalescence, which really should be different anyway due to it being a raid item, but the only even get the different effects you need multiple of them. On top of it to even show the hard work with coalescence it need all 3 to even show you got it. At that point you may as well get 3 weapons
  7. Totally agree. The thing is, runes stack anyway. The 6 runes for a full set take up 1 inventory slot. The saved inventory comes down to at most 5 slots. And most people don't even have that many different sets to work with. The new interface is total garbage too but that is a totally different problem lol
  8. The difference is, legendaries have cosmetics to them. These runes as far as anybody knows have no cosmetic effect to them, so why should they be the same price?
  9. So I'm sure this has been brought up before, but the cost of legendary runes and sigils... To start off legendary runes, and to an extent sigils as well, are really only useful with legendary armor to begin with (costing 300-400 gold a piece as reference. This will be brought up later as well). The reason behind this, outside of a few select cases, every type of builds runs similar or the same runes. For example, most power builds run berserker armor with scholar runes. I say most as power soulbeast uses thief runes. But this extends to healers running mostly harrier with monk runes, and condi usually viper with nightmare. There are a few exceptions to this but that is the general trend. Excluding perplexing runes which are used in 1 case, the most expensive runes as far as I recall are scholar at 4 gold each. Now let's say any character will be running at most 6 builds (power, condi, healer, support dps, WvW, PvP) and the runes cost 4 gold each, a full set will run you 144 gold about. Currently, excluding the massively over priced mystic aspects which will be added later, these runes have mostly the same cost as legendary armor due to similar crafting requirements. They both share the requirement of gift of condensed magic, condensed might, and craftmanship. But on top of this the runes require 20 mystic clovers where armor requires only 15. 5 clovers doesn't seem like much, but for the full set it is an extra 30 clovers. This alone puts the runes on par with crafting pieces of legendary armor which have far more versatility and save far more inventory space as you saving on full sets of armor instead of individual stacks of runes. Best case, 1 rune costs the same a full set of 6 different runes at worst case scenario. And that is without knowing the cost of the mystic aspects once they become more available. Sad to see something that was so happily talked about being so overly priced that only these who have money to throw away will ever get them.
  10. I have been dreading reinstalling the game because it takes litterally days to do so but i think i am stuck having to do that. I already have tried repairing it and it didn't fix the issue. The biggest thing is it isn't all the time. I can go in long streaks of being fine but it seems as soon as the map population gets relatively large it starts having major issues, and once they start they don't stop even if I leave into a map with a lower population.
  11. I don't know if it is just me, but the game is generally stable for maybe 30 minutes to an hour before getting a crash. But as soon as I do get a crash, it is an unending cycle of crashing every 1-2 minutes. I've restarted my game, restarted my computer, removed arcdps, nothing stops this from happening. This primarily happens in the new maps (especially Dragonfall) but it has happened in Tangled Depths, Jahai, and Kourna before. If it extends to other maps, it makes the game unplayable.
