Dissect [Dc] is recruiting! Dissect is a tight knit guild that intend to become a renowned name in the fractal community. We keep our roster small that ensures quality over quantity and establishes a standard at the highest level. We offer our members a spot in a fractal static with players that seeks to be the best of the best, and a community that is driven by like-minded players. What do we expect of you? You have a drive to improve. It is important that you are self-motivated and driven to constantly improve and innovate new tactics and strategies. The fractal community is constantly moving forward and evolving. To keep up with the top end of the community, you need to take initiative to sharpen your skills and constantly refining your gameplay and expertise. Class proficiency. We expect you to be an expert on the class you are applying for, however we appreciate if you can multi class on a high level. We value understanding other classes to refine synergy between players and roles. Again, it is your own responsibility to be proficient on the main class you are applying for. Analysis. Being able to analyse your own performance and progress will be of utmost importance to improve your own gameplay. With the addition of Arcdps, there is no excuse for not taking the time and effort to analyse and learn from your inaccuracies.Activity and attitude. We want to provide the community with knowledge and content to extend our reach and influence. Through videos and forums we stay active to provide correct information and to show a supporting and mature attitude towards the community. During our runs we communicate over voice chat and we expect a mature and respectful conversation. Open and creative mind. Fractal strategies are constantly being refined and improved upon, with an open and creative mind you could be the one to make Dissect the leading fractal guild.We are looking for: Soulbeast main.Dragonhunter/Firebrand main. We expect you to have the maximum Agony resistance with stat infusions to be as optimal as possible.There will be a trial process where we will evaluate your individual ability, as well as you knowledge of fractal mechanics. We will also assess your capability to think outside the box. Our clears happen between 21:00 - 02:00 CET, depending on availability and day of the week. This can be discussed upon acceptance. Dissect [Dc] is an established guild that focus on creating an environment for experienced players to internally compete and converse to refine and perfect fractal tactics in a static group setting. We are looking for people that want to improve on their individual ability both on the level of class and encounter mechanics. To accomplish this we want to provide an environment for a static group to communicate, compete, and share tactics. We require our members to have exceptional knowledge of Fractal mechanics and the intricacies of their respective class, as well as a good attitude and the willingness to improve. From us you can expect an active community that strives for efficient and consistent fractal runs, as well as the opportunity to learn and improve among friends with the same mindset. There will be a trial process where we will evaluate your individual ability, as well as you knowledge of fractal mechanics. We will also assess your capability to think outside the box. We are looking for people that want to improve on their individual ability both on the level of class and encounter mechanics. To accomplish this we want to provide an environment for a static raid group to communicate, and share tactics. We require our members to have knowledge of raid mechanics, their respective class(es), as well as a good attitude and the willingness to improve.From us you can expect an active community that strives for efficient and stable raid runs, as well as the opportunity to learn and improve among friends with the same mindset. There will be a trial process where we will evaluate your individual ability, as well as you knowledge of raid mechanics, however most important is your character and your motivation to improve with us.
