  1. Yup. What a ride? Almost 10 years? But I still have hope and determined to see world 3 and 4. After all, it the past I already posted on the forums ideas for the remaining zones. And I had some fun discussing with him about gathering baubles. The roadmaps are cool, but I hope festival update isn't forgotten, SAB still not finished.   2. It is so cool to be able to visit it again, it warms my heart gonna spend time in the tavern on the cliff, wandering around lion plazza and playing in sewer systems.

  5. The jade prosthesis arm is really cool, i insta bought it just like the jade tech visor helm skin. In term of skifff skins, so far tehe one i liked the most is the one with ton of sails sadly was only on bl chest that wing reverie.... sometimes i wish the bl chest exclusives were also sold on gemstore. I can understand the logic behind pushing to buy key, but all i see each time it is a bl exclusive, it means i will not have it, at leas allow trading a chest exclusive for another exclusive? like kasmeer cape for steampunk wings?

  7. Happened to me and a friend, reflecting electric gloves with glove to wizard does nothing, it miss everytime, preventing to progress the fight. Please fix as soon as possible, players can't finish SAB world 2. Thank you. There is a bug. Defi itely. PS some report bugs with SAB story / first time doing the zones too. (In my case) have to verify that one.

This year you have added: 4 New guild hall decorations ( big angry cloud, super big cloud, cloud wall and super rainbow arch) A new lootable bag containing new items: Super loot bag with the very cool hardlight skins and of course the retro forged box: Sparkling stone the kodan is here as expected and its unique retro forged skins are awesome too. And finally, a new Moto dialogue implying that he is working on the box. So will stay just with the hopes and spark in the eyes that world 3 is here for 2023 and 4 for 2024. Who knows. But nice additions. Just to end , it seems there is some bugs, a friend of the guild got kicked from the end of w1 z1 without reasons and i'm in w2-z3, and can't damage storm wizard by reflecting with glove projectiles. That's it, apreciating the work, time to farm baubles πŸ˜‰
  9. Really, underwater, cantha launch, it is time. World 3 is obviously starting with sparkiling pools, followed by an underwater levels, caverns to exit them and who knows surely the kaiser snake as world 3 Boss. Too many things happened, between Bonnie Kunderah with SAB banner behind, speaking of SAB the novel; the sequel. The post you made Anet a few year ago telling "If it is not this year (2020) or the year after (2021) we will be tinkering on it". I really hope this is not words in the void. Even with this year, if i dunno for why reasons you why fish achievements to SAB, I estimate, we can at least have two new zones? I don't ask you a full fledged world at this points, but two new zones. W3-1 Sparkling pools and W3-2 Underwater Caves. They don't need to be like pain cliffs, make them just like Sunny glade / Dark woods. (World 1). We even had recently, the glitches with W3 image in them and choya mining, like they were mining a code to find out how it works. Of course there are SAB haters, and they will never disapear, and as part of a SAB lovers, we will never disapear too. End the story, save princess Miya. Finish that wholesome adventure with so many very good trailers all over youtube. It is not the support that is missing. Even in the last threads, DuskK, the composer of SAB metal themes said he would be Ok to make new remixes for the boom boxes with new themes. SAB is part of guild wars 2, you can't ignore it, it is the only festival not finished, and it is a real shame. Don't let it die, continue to realease related Guild Halls Decorations, continue to add Items upgrades in it. And most importantly, continue to develop the worlds. I will never have enough words to express to Joshua Foreman my gratitude for that awesome project and festival that is SAB. I will not develop more, I already made, in the past, a post where I gave you plans and ideas about the remaining zones. (See my message signature)
  10. So, to start, I have 100% map completion on the 4 maps and finished the story. We claimed guild hall recently, I've unlocked everything apart siege turtle that i still dunno where to start. So let"s go to make it easier will make section. 1/ The Story I found the story quite good, very good, however there are several things that bother me a lot: Firstly, the aetherblades are shown as a prominent foes/menace, from the trailers to the introduction of the extension starting with jumpin on the armada. However they are cleared quite rapidly, as example, Mai trin and Ankka are killed quite stupidly. Indeed, it is told that they gathered part by literally farming i suppose, mai trin boss and aetherblade fractals several times. So they are surely aware that Mai trin always had a statics shield. And so first incoherence, how, ankka killed mai trin? Indeed, mai trin is an aetherblade captain, not a random drunken pirate with no name, and so like many high ranked aetherblades, as shown in LS1 and twilight arbor, they have access to more techs than others. Speaking of tech, Ankka, is mentionned to be formerly part of Inquest an worked at thaumanova reactor, considering she was fascinated by scarlet and mai trin, same logic, shoudln't have died so easily, also, ankka, used void magic, it would have been nice to know how she is able to manipualate it, she makes me thought about Arkk or the scattered dude in shattered observatory. Implying so much that the travelled back to time several time to kill multiple time themselves to gatherpart, to me link it to the auris weirdbringerplot with its rift stabilizer, indeed aetherblades are able to open large scale rifts as shown in the introduction. It was disapointing to only have the introduction, and boom the armada is destroyed, the commander should stop to be treated as superhero that can destroy a whole fleet of flying airship by itself. The trailer mde it sounds like we failed and that ankka would be launching an assault on tyria as the end of expansion. Sorry, but my next point , is again tied to ankka, because there is so many plot incoherence: Ankka siphoned Aurene Magic in the introduction, the characters confirms after that aurene magic levels are very low. What i don't understand, if the extractor, vaccum magic, then it should have vacuumed joko magic from aurene, killing definitely Aurene. You really should stop using plot armor, it is becoming more and more non sense, will not return on how stupidly primordius died, but same stupidity level here. If, the fusion of all dragon magics is called void, shouldn't subject Beta from sandswept be a void subject? Yes I suppose that since zone blue problem in infinity coil from CORE tyria, the inquest had time to gather that Soo-Won minion specimen? And that btw, which are Soo-Won minions? We are very very very very very very far from "Twisted horrors and Tentacled waters". You are denying a giant piece pf established lore, by the largos, the priory and all that have been created in core Tyria, the deep sea minions scared the quaggans and largos! I HIGHLY doubt that soo-won scared them. Especially, when it seems like soo-won were ALWAYS contained in an underwater Jade Inquisition facility. The deep sea dragon has been shown in the vision from the all, and it is bulky not a classical chinese dragon. I'm pretty sure you missed time, but again, like icebrood saga, if this is the case, don't add the dragon, and keep it for later, I would have prefered to see soo-won as a protector dragon of cantha, and then the real bulky sea dragon named Selbskrait arrive and terrorize everybody. The worst is the commander becoming extrashiny and a god able to destroy a dragon made of the 6 dragons energy what a fricking skritt joke I can't take this game seriously now, don't even want to bother to continue further into living season 6. Apart maybe to see the fabulous Canach Casino airship. Seeing all of those, make me think this is the last expansion for me, will not purchase next one, because there are 0 efforts given to respect your OWN lore. And I sadly know you will do nothing to become better regarding this point. I hope to make you change with that constructive critisism, anet. There are positive things, like the fact we awake arrested, the moments with the detective or allies, minister Li... My biggest regret is that the xunlai jade facility is only accessible with the story, should have been made a map with a meta event. Big shame. I feel like i haven't explored all of it. 2/ Graphics / Map designs On this aspect, will be more positive, all the maps are quite nice overall. The architecture is charming, the paths are straightforwards, didn't get lost, pretty cool. Day-night cycle is nice. My few nitpicks are just details but i feel like it kinda impact the experience: In Jade sea map, a shrine guardian fox is guarding a shrine, whereas all the others shrines of the extension are either empty or with a random npc. It is disturbing, you should have reused the spirits you shown us in sunqua peak: The stag, the magmatic panther, the astral skimmer.... it is so weird, this extension is all about chinese mythology, and there isn't a lot of shrines with animal as guardian, monks humming, torii gates, creepy dark paths.... I'm balanced for new kainerg, there are cool spots for screenshots, or to sit at. But to me the gigantic fortification concrete wall all around the city is out of place. Indeed I was expected more traditional harbors on the coasts, touristic beach with those neons umbrella we found around new kainerg at cafΓ©s, I think a good job have been done to distinguish the upper rich level from bottom slums ones, but again, the concrete, for bottom ones is out of place, I would have preferred wood and stones, more tradtitional materials. The giant reactor / thingy jade tower at the middle is very weird too. In the top / on fortifications however, the gardens, tea places and district are cool. Seitung island, will not complain, the map is already quite perfect (minus missing spirits guardins shrines / chinese inspired mounts) Echovald is pretty nice, my only complain is that fricking POI locked behind an achiev n a crypt guarded by a stone lantern. What a PAIN. Really, stop locking poi behind achievs or quests. The fort asperwood faclity is very intriguing and it is a shmae to lock that behind an event if is is the case, I would like to be able to explore subground B-31 freely. For Dragon End, really stop using spoilery name, the map is Jade Sea, not dragon end, rename it jade sea! Dragon end is a name of a chapter not of a map! This is a bad habit since Dragon Stand: Dragonfall, Dragonstorm, now Dragon End, what next? Dragon Light for aurene? a lot of potnetial cool names wasted with those. The Pois, Vista, quests are nicely placed, would just say it misses a waypoint at extreme east of setung and on at the bottom middle of echovald. The big con is for the mastey insights, really 0 imaginations, always in altitude. Apart echovald where it is underground... 3/ Music / Ambient dialogues / Cinematics 0 critics here, it is your force, it is well known now, the cinematics, dialogues, voice acting are top notch. 4/ Functionality / Mastery Skiffs : Yeah, nice, i still use more my skimmer. But it is a nice thing to have. Fishing: I tried around on a few spots, not fan, however good work, it is not just a F press, have to pull line at the right, at the left, use bait... nicely done. Jade bots: What is the use of jade bots drone mode, if you can't use it without a control station? Most stupid thing. Should be deployable anywhere in the world, and be upgraded to collect ores for you, gather pois... can be used to take screenshots from altitude! Good idea on paper but badly implemented, at this day, i still don't know what is the use of research recycling kit and where to get research papers to trade to the merchent! Please, make those clearer! Siege Turtle: Can't judge, still don't know how to unlock it, make it clearer. Went to siege turtle hatchery in jade sea saw nobody. Arborstone: Well another hub. Would have preferred services in kainerg city like divinity reach and Housing / scribe 500 mastery instead of that. 5/ Guild Hall Said in another thread, big disappointment. This is so empty, need way more chines elements, shrines, houses, villes, garden, like the ones in seitung, seitung prison is beautiful, joon palace too, the isle of reflection feels like a rotting island where nobody never went, would make sense to be the hideout of all the factions, that would chill out there; brotherhood, aetherblade and the others... not only the purists. Nothing is usable, the only house is the tavern, and the palace that is a garden. No giant shrines, developed villages, you can do better, you shown it with seitung. Need a big revamp. CONCLUSION A rate? MMH. I will still put, like, a 13. Because it is audacious to place in the same plot, aetherblade, jade tech, a dragon, the void, scarlet (even if just echo from the mist), the 6 elders dragons models, 4 maps with domain of vabbi size and 13 chapters. Of course there are still imperfections and bad things and nitpicks. I didn't put 20, simply because of what i said, some plot twist are badly handled, non sense and predictable, some questions stays in air without answers, some things needs fixes. I mean, it is refeshing, but dunno frankly if i want to continue after that expansion, the conclusion, the end, i just did a big /shrug. The omniscient and only Aurene I was against this plot since the start. I can understand for the sake of the plot, ls6 can't simply be void dragon apocalypse, of course. But dunno, would have preferred that the void dragon is destroyed, the void corruption corrupting and killing aurene. If aurene lives, there are still dragon, and it is a no, don't see why aurene should survive and all the others not. Can the commander, do something, for once, without aurene, or super power from aurene? This is my big concern.
  11. So, hmm. To start, i want to say it is hard to project myself with that disable/messed up api that doesn't show me the new decorations. It would be nice to know the decorations now. Secondly, I did some reckoning after we claimed the guild hall, and frankly, it is nicely looking but that's it, it has, to me, decorator 0 interest. Le me show you: https://imgur.com/8oDjovh This map shows, outlined in yellow, the place i consider potable to make a home with decorations, 12 spots, but note, that only 2 are real houses and others ones, i found them for the sake of finding them. And please, what a scam, the whole island at the east i have hatched is forbidden! There is no proper place to create home, i mean what? With all the beautiful terrace cafes in new kainerg? With Joon vila in seitung? With all the shrines in Jade Sea map? What a deception. The only thing positive is the claiming that is not long and quite fast. I can't judge decorations because for i don't know why we can't see them? Please let my scribe 400 see what it can craft in end of dragon! I'm not gonna cite others game, which have housing, and beautiful chinese environment decorations, but this is sad (I stop you here, no i don't want to play those game, i want gw2 to become better, because i love that game). After the sunqua peak, you claimed as a taste of cantha, with lunar new year... and still, that isle of reflection has nothing of chinese, nice there is a palace near the crystal at the center beacause without it i wouldn't have known! I mean just look at the map! On the whole surface, there just 4 poor houses even unfinished, scaterred around?! I expected at least a brotherhoody place, a aetherblady one, a speaker inspired place.... a minimum reminding all the rest... This guild hall is very disappointing, at the low level, like windswept haven. At least gilded hollow and lost precipice had empty house shaped / corrdors / interiors allowing to imagine a kind of house, here, everything is outdoor, with just as real building, the tavern, the palace cannot even be said as building, it is a kind of garden. You want a real palace? See queen one in seitung or seitung prison. What a joke. Even a PRISON is better than that main " palace " we have in guild hall. More like Isle of Deception. Really no doubt, it looks nice, it is beautiful, but 0 utility, a shame when you kept saying, in your promotions videos "for players" "for decorators". I really hope the decorations are good to save the furniture of the sinking ship. It is so broken that api, i bet there is decos sold at heart vendors, and i would like to see them and buy them, please, thanks. Cordially.

  13. I hope in game map will be faithful to that artwork lastly published on the blogpost and twitter. And that the jade tech is not restricted to a poi but used in the whole city. πŸ˜‰ Curious about the jade tech mastery line, really, wonder what will be its uses but can be cool to learn to interact with jade tech devices, their controls, and so on. Good job, very exciting , impatient to see the new kainerg stream in january.
  14. What this game doesn't need is another HQ of operations like EOTN or sunrefuge. Stop with that idea already arenanet!! You want to sell your lounges pass or not? Stop making hub everywhere with givexto players access to all features! See amnoon! The lounge is in the city but you have to pay for it! Really complete waste of space! Would have preferred a second guild hall , a raid wing, HOUSING place or a strike happening here than another hub with commodities! It is hard to add in the city of new kainerg and shing jea two lounges like how you did with lily of the elon with amnoon? It IS POSSIBLE to make LOUNGES in CITIES. Stop with hubs a la eotn already, and think about lounges. It would be perfect especially to attract new players into your economical system of gemstore showing themselves in the first map of the expansion aka shing jea a lounge with all commodities and tell them m, "you want to have that all around tyria, expansions map and in some ls maps?" Buy our lodges!! I"m surprised no members of your business team thought about that.

  16. Totally agree with you, and I am even more concerned about how will be the transition from ibs to cantha eod. The last dialogue between taimi and gorrik is heavily disapointing. I expected at least the world aetherblade after that dialogue saying someome is stealing and researching in taimi labs datas and information. But in same times it implies that taimi is very sick and i find that rassuring that is has not be forgotten, but i really expect taimi to die and not become deus ex machina or golem. In recent interview with laranity i think they said that the aetherblade are the reason we go to cantha but it is a kind of vision in the past.
  17. So bladeworn v2. It is a very beautiful specialization, really. Every skill feels like a painting or art piece. The gunsaber animations are fluid and really dynamic creating arc of light around. The only thing that disturb me a lot is the presence of bullets ammunition, indeed the elite skill tell me it reload ammunition and every time it loses me because i think those ammunition are the greyed bullet above my skill bar. I find it really hard to understand Arenanet that the player has to fight an enemy then, use the second skill to enter dragon trigger, wait to see bullet appear and then use the dragon slash skill combo that appear in their skill bar. It feels so unnatural. Here how I would do it: 1-Attack recharges flow (bar that feel with yellow energy) 2-Gunsaber attacks recharges CHARGES (Greyed bullet above yellow energy bar aka flow) 3-Once the bar is complete, it unlocks F2 skill "dragon trigger", player then can spend all the charges doing dragon slashes. Second option: 1-Weapon and utilities recharges flow. 2-Gunsaber attacks gives charges. 3-Each certain tier of charges, it transform the skills of the gun-saber skillbar into their dragon slash equivalent. Currently, it really feels like you use all you skills, then enter gunsaber then use everything but then you can't do anything anymore and so return to weapon skills. It feels weird. The damages are okay but it is really a weird gameplay. The really big con to me is the utilities, the armament, they feels USELESS, here, for the sake of using skills slots Apart bullet prrof barrier, that one is cool. But really, those utilities should be more like recharge or help the gunsaber skills or dealing damage, the elite skills kida do that with recharche ammo of skills, but it only give 1, this is NOT ENOUGH. The elite skill should recharge every gunsaber or weapon skill ammo to its maximum, not only +1 charge. Overall, like v1, cool espec Anet, but still some fix needed: Make it clearer what is dragon slash and how to gain the bullets (charges). Makes the utilities more related to skills or dealing damages. It feels like bursting all gunsaber ammos and then nothing is left. πŸ˜•
  18. So, catalyst V2 1-Hammer 3 skills, the elemental wheel with a rock , a flame, a water and air ball rotating around you disappear too fast! It's impossible Arenanet! Did you thought about peoples with disabilities? The 3 skills should have at least triple duration, REALLY, what the point, it disappear so fastly, at this point feels like 4 skills slots wasted. Those kills are stil too slow, need to be faster, less time to cast. 2-What the purpose of augments? Really those are more than bad those are SKRITT POOP. Same issue, they are too fast, not enough duration and i don't feel like they bring anything, i can put fire storm signet and summoning elementals instead would be way better than your augments! Need an HEAVY rework. Even the elite augment feels meh. REWORK from zero. Maybe other skills tied to jade sphere? Have to be fast, give concrete boons and not a lot of recharge. 3-That is also a real issue: I haven't noticed a lot of block skill or stun or any disabling conditions like knock-back or launch, i tried that spec on bristleback and karkas and i receive a lot of damages without any ability to block them, so i would be nice if more hammer skills affect conditions like stun or lunch or offer protection. So that's it for the cons. For the pros: This jade sphere is better with only using it in combat. The hammer skills feels more fluid and better in term of damages dealt. Really, what i like with the jade sphere doesn't deplete anymore with time now, it is like an energy bar and i can use it three times like charges and it is very cool and more practical than the version 1, good job on that. So nice fix Arenanet really, the specialization now feel decent to me and playable but it can still be better πŸ˜„
  19. Ok so, if I understand well, the wells, (haha) are too boost ourselves, like heal or boons, whereas the shadow shroud is to deal damage. So basaically, the scepter skills are USELESS? Comparend to v1 specter where i feel like the spec couldn't do damage and be forced into support, this time i feel like it can do damage but have to find a build for it. Interesting change, it is nice good job Arenanet, but I really feel like the wells could be stronger. REALLY. πŸ™‚
  20. It seems like my rectifier signet doesn't work, it doesn't give me heal pulse every second but an instantaneous amount of health, dunno if right amount too. Like mechanist v1, the mech is sometimes stuck like right hand to the sky like a well known displaced gesture. Sometimes after using its pew pew lasers arms it keeps that position with elbow in angle pointing at foes with the two arms/
  21. So version 2. It feels better, and i find the golem more responsive and less clunky compared to first time: Not interrupted skills or mech not knowing what to do. (Still has some bugs staying in animation) the damages are cool too. One major concern: The elite skill. Really. I dunno if reduce golem resummon is okay as elite. Indeed when mech is here, it is a laser that deals good damages, their should be an equivalent for no mech like the elite skill trigger a salve of rocket fist prototypes if mech not here. Because if no mech, in term of DPS or damage dealt, the elite without mech is USELESS. I just have two minor concerns: 1-What we do if mech is dead? REALLY, you should think about adding a toolbelt with secondary signets effects maybe. 2-Specialization traits don't affects any weapons and builds other than "Rely on your mech" and this is a VERY BAD thing. It means, players should rely on mech and signets that indirectely buff mech too. Turrets, Kits or Elixirs play is not reinforced by the specialization, no diversity of play. But I kinda understand if other trait lines can affect mech i think of explosives trait line as example: Are mech attacks considered explosions, can they pierce? I found the playstyle fluid, I like the mech, its skills, the signets. I just point those two mini concerns if other peoples share them too, but I would say overall, good job, very good job Arenanet, that spec is still good. πŸ™‚
  22. So still a few things to fix: 1- The elixirs skills icons are UGLY don't tell me this is the definitive version?!!!! A JOKE. Really, should be replaced by potions, they are on the class artwork, why sticking with elixirs, rename them potions. 2- I think that the elixirs should display clearer AOE where thrown. Hard to know where they hit if thrown. (Not green targeting), i speak, when it splat on the ground or enemy) Apart that i like better this second version good job. I like a lot that espec, very good job Anet πŸ˜„
  23. So arena net, your siege turtle have three big cons: 1-Why creating a mount that has weapon if you can't use those weapons alone? Are canthan engineer that dumb to actually require two peoples using a mount to fully control it? I don't understand at all why it is shooting at the sky too, you should make the side jade cannon pointing forward and shooting like lasers on the foes. Maybe add another attack! It is impossible to imagine, in 2022, a mount that is actually half unusable if controlled by one player. You shouldn't force players to be two. Only having body slam to use is HIGHLY disappointing. 2-Second, is why so slow under water?! Really, it is a TURTLE. I can't understand why it fall to the bottom like this, sure peoples can argue it is a tortoise , but YOU specifically named it TURTLE. And a turtle SWIM! It is not a rock that sink to the bottom and then only able to move 1/3 of its speed! 3-Why, even while using endurance regenation skill, it feels like the turtle jump reactors are coded to extinct/become useless after a few second? I use my endurance regeneration: I should be able to FLY INFINITELY at the same altitude until endurance fully depleted. That's it you have thing to rework, expected better, disapointed, starting wondering if buying this expansion is a good choice. I wait a lotjade punk from NEW KAINERG, don't RUIN IT.
