Rework all the traits that are now 5minute cool down, they are now completely useless

Ive quit for about a year because I hate how the balance has been and how uninteresting builds have been for me. So I'm hoping that this massive update will be enough to make the game fun and less just mindless spamming of buttons. I'll be coming back to try the changes, let's hope it makes pvp and wvw more fun. I'd like to enjoy this game again.

Content release was just as non existant for any game mode other than open world before anyone lost their jobs. They probably lost their job cause they are bad at them. Instead of doing what any other industry would do and working harder so they aren't next to lose their jobs anet devs sit and cry about it and release even less than before. Feelsamericanman

Game run on gw1 engine, build templates coming like 15years after the original... Very competent devs

No cause when you start pvp for the first time you get matched with other new players in unranked.

Yeah I agree it's really annoying to have to pay attention to the map and rotations of other classes. This is a casual game, I should be able to win with no skill and no awareness of what's going on. Also we should all get participation titles, it's not fair that good players get titles and silver players don't.

Most posters here put more effort into making the game better than anet does. Game is on life support, will be revealed soon. Season 5 will be a huge let down.

You will be placed in matches ignoring decay. Examples. If your rating is 1700 you will play 1700 games. If your rating is 1700 - 700 max decay you will play 1700 games.

The amount of stab is ripped from any class with the sheer amount of spammable daze mesmer has, 2x chaos field, daze mantra, pistol 5, diversion. And of course arcane thievery which any semi competent mesmer will use after stability is applied. Scourge stabi is pointless as its 1 stack, firebrand needs to access tomes so it can't pressure the mesmer, so again doesn't really help. Engi needs to hit a target so can easily be dodged. Warrior gets it from full counter which lasts 2 seconds. Ranger gets a lot of stabi surr and I don't play weaver so Idk.

Defence spellbreaker will be your best bet... Doubt you will kill anything though

I main warrior and want it nerfed BUT everything else needs to nerfed at the same time cause I'd still like to play war lol

Rev has avg power dps in pve but huge burst in pvp...aka its main role... Burst.. OK and for holo/war Might generation should be cut down cause its ridiculously easy to keep perma 25 might. Basically the whole game needs less huge dmg. Nerf tether and Nerf corona as starters. Also Nerf sustain of other classes(the main reason huge might stacks were added) Or just cut duration of every boon in the game avaliable to all classes by like 75% so boons are actually important and timing them is key. Right now every class permas important boons and essentially makes the overall game require much less skill. Basically the whole game is fucked, you need perma might to do damage cause every class has perma prot and demo amulets or 100 dodges.

Nah, people always mocked "roamers" who ganked zerglings, it is barely PvP so what it the point. The difference is years ago there were plenty of roamers / roaming guilds that provided decent fights so an actual PvP player who wanted to roam could get their fights against roamers. Now most of the PvE baddies who call themselves roamers pat themselves on the back killing a minstrel FB on the way to the zerg in something so one way it isn't even a contest and for an actual PvP player wanting fun, skilled, engaging PvP is pointless. Most actual roamers either changed to play large scale with a guild, quit the game or went PvP, because roaming without the population it once had is simply so garbage you may as well be playing PvE.
