If you want them back faster, just log in to GW1, go to HOM and update your progress. I did this couple of minutes ago and all my points returned. -
In my case, after the first e-mail (blank), I got a second (without HTML xD) but with code this time.

I got an e-mail with a delay (around 30 minutes), but with an empty place for the key (like in order confirmation on the page). Is it seems mostly affecting the Ultimate version? -
