For players unable to gain the item who have revived more than 10 people while the recorder is in your inventory: We are investigating a fix for this. Currently the Medical Aid Recording is given to players who have an invisible buff applied to them when they purchase the Recording Device from the vendor. It only applies to the character that purchased the item currently. Until we have a fix, you can either: (1) Use the character you purchased the item on to revive allies to get the item.(2) Purchase a Recording Device with the character you want to use for reviving players to get the Medical Aid Recording so that character has the buff the game is looking for. Hey friends, We're still investigating. The "Lightning" has been determined at this point to be a red herring, so don't worry about that part. Our team is going through the crash logs from reports and believe there are two different crashes currently happening. There are two threads open on what folks believe to be the same crash - but some of the reports that are older are actually fixed (despite similar text in the logs you share with us). But some more recent reports have reported two crashes that we've not dealt with yet, so the team is currently looking into how to repro the crashes and then hopefully provide a fix. <3 Thanks everyone!

Hey Rab! When you experience this crash - are you on a Mac or PC? Also, cam you describe what you were doing when it crashed?

Good day, I apologize for the silence up till this point. We are investigating this issue but it may be a bit longer before we have a fix. If you end up in a map that breaks (not one already broken): Did you notice if the Lumbermill event was active?Did you notice if the Ghost event was active?Were you present when the event started - and did the counter go down to 0, or did it start at 0?Thank you guys! Edit: I've closed at least one map that was broken.

Hey KaiElso, Yesterday we put out a fix for the Wyvern. Did you encounter your bug before the build around 4:30pm PST? Or was this today? Thanks!

We are almost done building a fix and will be testing soon. I do not think we will push another build till tomorrow. Still no solution for the crash but we continue to look! Thank you for the continued information and reports!

For the branded wyvern we are working on a fix now. For the crash - we are investigating.

Another question for you guys - what profession are you guys playing when this happens? And what's utility skills and weapon are you using?

Hey guys when this happens are you seeing the wyvern going into a bubble over the ground or is it still on the ground?
