  1. It's not bugged. I have it done. It's just not easy. Requires a lot of players with a lot of CC, rather than a lot of players pressing 1. I just got lucky I guess.
  2. Happened to me today. Had a day left so I thought I'd better get it done. Completed the 6th objective in WvW and the chest stayed grayed out. Jumped out of WvW, nothing. Did the 7th Objective, claimed it, still nothing. I don't know whether this matters or not, but I never claimed the previous week's chest. Had it done, but forgot about it. Can't believe this bug is still here. Isn't my first time.
  3. NZ. Its been hit or miss. If I get a three-way fight, I have to leave it as no skills will fire and when I'm far enough away, off they go and I then receive any damage that was dealt when I was close to the fight.
  4. Had the same. Ended up traveling to Lions Arch to get the WvW window and by then, the queues were already going up. Joined one, was 6th in the queue. It popped. Clicked Travel and B000M! 81 in the queue. I don't believe they should have done this during the WvW Rush Event.
  5. He's saying 15,000 daily achievement points in total for the entire account. Once you have 15,000 points from dailies, you'll get the two gold, but you'll not get the 10 AP anymore.
  6. I found this too. While for me, crashes have been low and the general game play felt smooth in open world, the FPS drop on camera turns and random stutters that seem to get worse as you play (memory leak?) are frustrating and for WvW, well, lets just say Dx11 has been quite a let down. I've gone back to d912pxy for the time being. My patience ran out when after spending 35 minutes in a WvW queue, got in, promptly crashed and now have to re-queue.
  7. You're lucky. For the past six or more months, my lag spikes hit 4k. Yes, 4000! Normally my ping is around 250-208ms, but recently it's averaging 400-500, which is pointless/deadly in competitive modes. It's not the first time I've complained about this but they've been rather silent. No other game/service I use has this latency issue 😞 I'm guessing not enough are suffering from this to be a high priority.
  8. BoB WvW is Mag. Runs a few times a week in the evenings AEST.
  9. I too have been experiencing considerable lag over many months off and on. Tonight is unplayable. Skills not firing, unable to dismount or mount, messages taking 30 seconds to appear in chat. A few of my guild members, also geographically challenged as I, experience the same issue over and over again. It seems to be pot luck on which one of us will suffer it on any given night and the frequency of suffering is becoming more common.
  10. I added gw2-64.exe to the list of Allowed/Blocked (as allowed) programs inside the AVAST General settings. Did the trick for me.
  11. This has been a bit of a bug bear for me since the addition of the DRM's and the addition of TT has only exasperated the issue. Personally, in my opinion (and I know others will not agree) only the PT creator or instance owner should be allowed to set both the faction and challenge mode. I experience all too often creating a party with a clear and concise description in the LFG only to have a player either camp the challenge NPC and change it at the last second or load slightly faster than I and beat me to set the faction to something perhaps only they want/need. This leaves only two choices, grin and bear it, wasting mine and other players time OR leave the instance. In my experience most opt for the latter. Yes, we could opt to kick the offending player but most just get frustrated and leave because it's not what they signed up for. Just my opinion. What does everyone else think?
