To give you more advise. Level up the proper crafting disciplines (Huntsman) and start crafting your time gated mats now as you will need alot in the seconded collection. You are going to need alot of Elonian Leather Squares and Spiritwood Planks.
Check the wiki and Gw2Efficiency site for help on crafting.
Again take you time. A legendary weapon is a marathon not a race. You are looking at months not days or weeks for this weapon. If you are feeling burnt out. Step away and come back to it later. This is the advice I give all of my friends on their first Legendary.

I would like to add on to Helan's question (also a late evening CDT player) above. I am considering getting into Raiding and going after Legendary Armor b/c of the future update that will be coming soon. Does your Raid group help out its members with the Armor collection? Just a curious question.

I do have a question about your event times. I normally play later in the evening as I have alot of things going on around reset times. When and what events do you have for pve players?

I have a question for Anet. When will there be an increase to the amount of bank tabs we are able to have? I believe the current now is 17 tabs. I know there are alot of players like myself who would be ready to spend some Gems for for additional tabs. I really don't like using my alts as mules.

I am looking for either a Raid guild that will take a new raid player in and show him the ropes. Hopefully one that runs around 9pm - 11:30pm cdt. I am currently working on my first Legendary Armor collection. You can either pm me here or in game.

Hey Future Friends and Members.I have been with these Slackers for almost a year now. I joined thinking I would be be just another number or faceless name, but it turns out I was wrong. I consider almost everyone a close friend that I would drop anything I am working on in game to help out or answer their question. I have left all of my other guilds as this is the one and only guild that I want to run with on a nightly basis. There are always fun events such as Fractal and Dungeon Night, Strike Mission Night, and we are working on getting Raid night up and running. We even have a few people that get together on random nights to run around WvW (SBI server). We even have an active Discord and fun monthly raffles.
We would be happy for anyone to join; New, Returning or anyone that wants friends and family in a guild instead of just being counted as a number. I look forward to meeting all of our new recruits.

Would you mind porting for the Token collction achievement in Ember Bay? If so, I would have to find some free time to do it.

I am almost done completing Rodgort. All I need is Gift of Battle and enough Karma (approx 300K) to get Obsidian Shards. I know running Silverwastes gives a good deal of Obsidian Shards, but what other game type or other events gives a good percentage of Karma? Thanks in advance.

Also getting the same disconnect after the Roar. Please fix this. I have attempted this 6 times. I am sick of doing this fight. I want to complete the story.
