Good that it's fixed, it was ridiculously overpowered in WvW. But not gonna lie, didn't have so much fun trolling people in WvW in a while. Just endlessly jumping while a whole group is trying to kill me, just trying to stay alive as long as possible. 10/10 raid boss roleplay. 😀Thanks Anet. ❤️

Mainly play Power Shiro/Glint build power Herald in competitive modes (well, played - now Willbender is everything I wanted Power Herald to be, sadly) and played it for years. So that's where my insight comes from. I'm jaded AF. I'll just write what changes I'd like to see because honestly I lost hope for this class; it'll probably get nerfed even more. - It needs better condition management, it needs better ways of dealing with CC. Right now, best way to destroy Power Herald is to load it with condies and CC. That's it. Just play around their Glint heal and when they've used it - BAM. Spam kitten. Bring back breaking stuns on legend swap, or give us some stability when we swap. Give us A condition cleanse, and no, using traited shield doesn't count because... - Shield is crap. 4 heals a little and give some protection. Big deal. Could be a CC, any CC. 5 heals and cleanses some condies if traited. BUT IT ROOTS YOU IN PLACE. Enemies just wait it out and then continue spamming AIDS on you. Just copy Warrior's shield at this point, seeing how you copied skills in EoD. - Hammer is crap, weapon swap sigil "fix" is crap. Power Herald is crap in PVE, nobody plays it. I wanted to write more but then realized that I don't care too much any more, so I'm just going to leave this here and go back to playing Willbender.

So Devs ,either nerf everything or reverse this. You're not being consistent.

I mean, I know that. But this "bug fix" does not make sense because Eles have conjures AND atumements which all trigger swap sigils. Conjures were why Ele couln't swap weapons in combat, they count as weapons. Same goes for Engi and kits. And then we have FB who can triggers those sigils on weapon swap and with tomes. Then SB and Dudu and their class mechanics on top of their weapon swap. I'm gonna stop listening classes, this gonna get too long. If ANET did this to stop perma dodge Vindi exploiting Energy sigils, they could have just adressed Vindi. Not all Rev builds. Edit: listing not listening classes

Yeah forgot tomes, and soulbeast merge, celestial avatar and probably something else. No problems with those just screw Rev in particular.

Lol for combo fields and jade bot CC I had to quickly switch to condi Renegade. Vindi is a joke, the whole Rev "patch notes" are a joke, and a bad one at that.

You guessed it, I am more concerned about HoT/PoF PVP and WVW builds. In PVE we'll manage.

So swapping attunements on ele triggers swap sigils, swapping kits on engi triggers swap sigils, going in and out of shroud on necro triggers swap sigils, but swapping legends on rev DOES NOT trigger swap sigils and it is a BUG. What's the logic here? Just.. why? 😕

Far less excited. HoT maps are amazing, meta events are still worth doing, elite specs were fun, we got gliders. PoF maps are still good but events mostly aren't worth doing, mounts were a big selling point, and elite specs were also pretty fun. EoD? Fishing and skiffs? We'll see, not impressed tbh. None of the elite specs hold my interest so far.

When it comes to Vindicator, legend changes seem great. Greatsword changes are fine, we'll see in beta. Still no CC on it, or am I missing something. The one dodge thing... I really dislike the fact the I'm forced into taking it. I'd rather it had reduced effects but two dodges. Or a normal dodge, the whole spec it revolving about that flashy loaded gimmicky dodge way too much. If it stays like this, I don't see a reason not to stick with Renegade and Herald.

You can go Corruption over Cleansing if you feel like you don't need more cleanse.

Not just invisibility, immob spam has gotten out of hand too in certain builds.

Hi, I just updated the game and it won't start up. I used the repair files function that was offered and that didn't help. I've never before had this issue and was just playing the game normally before restarting it for the update. There were no issues except a strange lack of sound siege equipment makes in WvW, Any help appreciated.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't really think that sexual preferences or romantic relationships are important at all. Who cares. Give me some good solid story.

Rev and Engi definitely need more core weapons. Perhaps Ele, too.

I've been doing dailies and not much more for the last 3 months. What's keeping me in game? Not sure. Nostalgia, the fact that I invested a lot of time into my characters, good friends that I've made.

I still didn't find anything else that I like more (besides ESO which I like equally but for different reasons), despite all the negatives.

If you like exploring the open world PVE, completing collections, playing story - yes. There will be plenty for you to do, it's a good game for that.If you want to (seriously) play PVP, WvW, Raids, Dungeons, anything considered "mmo end game", then you can still try that but know that it's neglected. PvP and WvW heavily, even.

I run Air/Fire/Tempest and focus a bit on Might and condi clearing on auras. Nothing special, works well for open world. You can take "Arcane Shield" instead of "Feel the Burn", Arcane instead of Fire, "Ether Renewal" or "Wash the Pain Away" instead of the Glyph heal, and "Rebound" or Elemental as elite. Can run Scholar, Pack, Strength, Eagle. It was a nice event. Fun, good rewards, races.

At this point I don't think they listen to anybody, but I'd rather they listen to someone who actually understands what's broken and (more importantly) WHY is it broken. Not me though, I'm just a casual.

When I get jumped on, have siege thrown on me, someone whispers "kys" and all that good shit, I just tell myself that this person doesn't know anything about me, toxicity is just a reflection of their bad mental state. Or it's just venting or trolling. Either way, I don't take it personally; if it gets way out of hand, just block. However, good shit talking can be fun, when it's actually clever and funny.
