Mostly ritualist gear and litany of wrath make me feel pretty much invulnerable.

As a pve player who understands how important defiance bars are, I love heaven's palm.

It's more about the feeling of working hard for less than that work used to be worth. I don't know about you, but at work, I'm not happy about a pay cut, but I am glad about my coworkers getting raises. Also reducing rewards definitely doesn't increase CM accessibility for anyone.

Ya know, I did forget Willbender passive was hit based. My disdain and confusion is reduced, but far from eliminated.

Guardian main here: Am I reading correctly that you're putting alac on a passive? Like an effect that triggers without pressing buttons? Willbenders will be able to keep up permanent alacrity while afk? What? I genuinely can't think of a good way to respond without profanity.

Nexians of Phobos is looking for more people to hang out with. We do mostly PvE, such as guild missions, fractals, raids, dungeons, metas, bounties, etc. We're just here to have fun and we like to help people while we're at it. Sometimes that's a challenge mote on a low tier fractal, sometimes that's a link to a guide, sometimes that's a second person in a story instance. You get the idea. Our humor can be all over the place, sometimes it's pretty mature, but we're not edgelords. We do guild missions on Tuesdays starting at 10pm EST aka 7pm PST and ending whenever we're done. When we max on favor/upgrades, maybe we'll morph this night to something else, like bounty trains or metas or fractal tutorials or something like that. We want to be good enough to clear the content we're doing, but we're not elitists. We're doing blind progression as much as we can. We like learning new things and figuring out the puzzle of how to deal with boss mechanics. But we won't throw corpses at something we can't figure out. There are good guides out there that we'll use if we get stuck or clear something and want to see if other people have a better solution. At the moment, we're primarily looking for DPS(condi and power) and support/dps like quickbrand and alacrigade. 10 days of no dev response. Guess it's not important enough to read the player responses and help us understand why things didn't get reset. I thought based on the rules that all Black Ice Earrings were supposed to reset, but since that didn't happen and Stephanie said that the hotfix was applied, I have no clue why they didn't.

Between the time I started this thread and now, none of my items have been reset. So either my interpretation of the rules is wrong(I did read them many times), or the hotfix did not get applied. I do not feel any of the patch notes would apply to this problem. To help me understand the rules better, could you explain why some items did not get reset? So using Black Ice Earrings as an example, since I had 5 of them get reset and 3 did not reset: Were all Black Ice Earrings supposed to reset? Or is it only Black Ice Earrings that had a specific stat type? I thought I had some berserker ones reset, and I definitely have a berserker one that did not reset.

There are a few items that were missed in the reset and will be reset in an upcoming hotfix. Sorry about that!Is it? Soon?

Super weird that everyone has different qualifications. I had many items in invisible bags that did get reset. My items that didn't get reset were berserker, assassin, minstrel, magi, and commander. For all of those stats, I have something that did get reset as well. All my diviner and viper stuff got reset(except stuff like dagnar's badge, which wasn't supposed to reset anyway).

It seems to be character specific rather than item specific. I have Black Ice Bands, Icebrood Horn Backpacks, Mist Talismans and Black Ice Earrings that did get reset, and some that still have their stats from before the patch. The characters that I play most often did get reset, but the ones I rarely play did not. I've used all of my characters in the last 48 hours to flax farm.
