Make the location selection screen of portal tomes appear in front of your inventory screen instead of behind. (same counts for the world boss portal device and maguuma pact operation device).

I'm having the same issues.. All started today.. Whenever i wanted to change character or map it mostly occured.. But I also randomly kept getting these notifications while in the Mistlock Sanctuary.
