  2. reminder to nerf this finally, handrezzing is an absolute joke and way too strong. remove multiple downstates. 1 downstate- 1 rezz is enough. its even worse in wvw. so annoying my gosh
  3. ofc there is permanent stealth, every bound daredevil can with dager/pistol and deadeye can aswell. even a pu core mes can up to 30sec and a chrono can extend that to over a minute.
  4. listen guys, i am not complaining about reveal itself, i am complaining how it is applied. without any intended player input, it just procs random every icd when u get hit by the mech or the rifle spam. i also do not complain about "i cannot beat mechs" i do beat them. but i am annoyed their rifle 1 spam proccs multiple traits and has way to much dmg for this low effort input without any brain involved. thats what pissing me off. also there are way more things in gw2 that actually are super weird and noob friendly, like an integrated aimbot for example. it should not exist in a pvp relevant enviorment. there is a reason why gw2 got kicked out of esl years ago
  5. ok guys, to all those "its a you/build issue" replies. thats not the problem. i am a 10yrs old veteran player from a very known roaming guild. its not a "me" issue. the thing that bothers me is that a player just doing 11111111 can pressuring you to a level where other classes have to do skill combinations, stun combos and so on. i dont have any issues with fighting one mechanist or having one in outnumbered situations. still, it should not be strong with the need of just one button. the problem is more when there is more than one mech u face. you just cannot dodge them spaming autoattacks on you +the bot. and instead of arguing into "its a player issue" you may should try using your logic and argument for the games health. its not heealthy for a game to put out this kind of lazy design. you guys should just accept that no class should be able to be that much aggressive with no player input than just spaming autoattack and when something fails they just use double rocket boots with golem port.
  6. i don't even answer your "ur build may is bad" thingy cause there is no valid point in it. The reveal trait is called "Lock On / Invisible Analysis" and its triggert by EVERY attack skill.
  7. Hey Anet, i was wondering, why i couldn't find any thread about this stupid Mecha/ Engineer Rifle 1 Spam with multiple Traitprocs and Bot spam in ur forums. I guess its cause every player that actually was able to play his class with skill and knowledge of the game did quit. I may be the next one. How could you even bring this awful nobrain spam into the live servers? like for real? rapidfire on an auto attack that procs multiple traits for extra dmg and reveal? are you guys finally absolute mental or do you just don't care for players that like to get into their class? Imagine you have spend thousands of hours into ur main class and then suddenly you get killed in wvw by a player just using his autoattack, and even if u manage to kill this mecha gamer his stupid bot still can oneshot you when u try to finish him off. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT FINALLY. You guys are not balancing at all! All you do is changing and flipping stuff over, for the most part for worse. its like this for 10yrs now. the only thing ur game did not die is due to its awsm combat system. I know nothing will change but i had to spit that out for once. Cheers
  8. i bet this isn't a bug just a "kinda preview" of what they are going to change due to adjustments with virtu all over the place. my guess is, they are going to remove the "base weapon skill gs bounce" so you have to trait it in domination with bountiful blades... this will cost us 2 bounces i guess.. so overall just another mesmer nerf 😞 Edit: we are all wrong maybe and it never bounced at the clone created by the mirror blade throw on its own. it only bounced at other clones already near. that means kinda, it never worked properly xD
  9. how about this here: atm you are unable to craft ur legendary armor, because u need certificate of heroics, but you only get jade ones. and here is the thing: THE VENDOR DOES NOT SELL THOSE FOR JADE! it only sells for the old currency, and you cant get those anylonger! cheers
  10. so, great anet. another xpac and just because of ur roleplay jade thingy u name the proof of heroics somewhat else to put "jade" into it. what if a player collected the former tokens to get a legendary wvw armor? what if that person collected like 240, but you need 250 EACH to by certificate of heroics? so the person wasted the time getting them? should just get the new ones now? sure... but HOW ABOUT ADDING THE NEW CERTIFICATE OF HEROICS TO THE MERCHANT ASWELL!? nice, so we are unable to progress our legendary armor because you have to rename your stupid tokens just another time. gg gosh.... https://ibb.co/2kFcKGZ https://ibb.co/nDzNm7L
  11. Dear GW2 Community peeps :3 Thank you soo much for giving your opinions and thoughts on this topic. I may missunderstood some things past BETA brought us, still i'm am very concerned about what we've to expect. I did understood now that the Alliance system wasn't implemented yet, so there is hope it won't be that bad to us small but still dedicated guilds. The most concern i have is that all those gamers who wanna play together can play together. This is ez by just joining a server with the peeps you like, its ez for a small guild to hop over to help out a raid guild that's somewhat bigger, like you don't belong to that guild but you like them and like playing with/for them at times. I am concerned about that this "you can choose system" will blow up our crafted social friendships that just were built on the side without much intention in the first place but started to remain stable and healthy. How can this be replaced with alliances where everyone has to choose, i just see soo much little problems with big impact on your "friendlist" kinda thing. I guess we'll have to wait until we rly get alliance BETA to be going and have a talk then. Again Thank you very much for contributing in this topic and even making some things clear.   12. it will be a big issue for everyone thats not part of just one main wvw guild dedicated to just one type of playstyle like raiding/zerging/roaming and so on. you have to chose what main activity u wanna do and stick with it, everything besides that will get randomized in terms of players around you. i summed it up in this thread here:
  13. i don't think it will work out like this. like i said, this is not how human friendships build and work in general. you do weight some friendships different than others so. it will and can still work out in a steady fixed envirorment like we have today (server and its identity) but this cannot work when this all gets randomized. you have to decide with whom you wanna play with, some of them don't wanna play with the same ppl you want which means everyone will lose ppl which this person likes to play with. all this would need a massive oranisation by everyone and this is not how friendships work. you don't organize them in the first place. they build up over time, you start weighting them, the other person aswell. personal, social interactions cannot work out and you can't take care of them when you get shuffled every said period. i rly don't see how (the system at its current state) this can work out. building friendships, there is somewhat magic behind it. so many things you have to consider and we will lose all this for one big grp we can play with.

(sry i kittened up the quoting function :3) it actually is. this is not how humans and social friendships do work. you don't decide once ever 8 weeks or two month or what ever period with whom you wanna play. also there are very very different kind of players in wvw. lets say you want to raid with your wvw guild. you did this for years, twice a week, but the rest of the week your with your spread roaming buddies from dirrerent guilds. you got to know each other by playing along over the years and you did built friendships. all this will be gone if anet is forcing this system on us. if you HAVE to chose what kind of player you want to be. so lets say, you decide for your wvw raid still, the one that is happening twice a week. the rest of that time, your lost out with unknown people and EVEN IF YOU are able to create new friendships and you are socializing with them, all this will be SHUFFLED again after said period cause you only got influence in chosing ONE type of ally. i rly hope you guys get whats the problem with this system. we won't be able to have social interactions we built over years within our server and enemy server. we won't be able to hop server if we wanna join a different enemy. it's not on us cause we are getting shuffled all the time. you can only chose one ally guild. thats it. everything besides that will get shuffled. what we have now is way more adjustable even tho its not perfect. and i havn't even mentioned another aspect of that game. the real world to ingame interaction. lets say a twitch streamer wants to give his community to join him from time to time. this won't be possible. only if said streamer will create a guild just for that. but then he/she can't participate in everything else. this new system is so full of restrictions that it kills most social interactions outside of your main chosen wvw guild. i'm pretty happy about some of the posters here were able to explain better how this new system will work and i'm left with some hope it won't be that bad in the end, but still i see many problems towords building friendships, holding them, building long period social interactions within those, forming an identity, having a server identity, having side projects. this new matchups is maybe good for "creating content for big blob guilds who only do just like this. zerging all day long." but thats exactly NOT what wvw is about. its all about everything compared, its nieches, its small guilds, its scouts, its about people who know people and their TAGs. and please guys, this isn't a hatespeech post or anything. i'm just a wvw veteran, being here from the start, having concerns about what will happen to our beloved wvw family like players. i'm happy anet wants to take care (finally) about wvw and its players, but again i just feel like they have no idea about their game and the playerbase dedicated to said gamemode. all they do is forming that game about that one grp that likes running in a circle spaming everything. this system maybe sounds and looks good on paper but it does not benefit its whole wvw community. i'd bet most wvw players are not dedicated to just one style of playing wvw. its about its variations, but still with friends. we will lose all this :3 cheers
