Dear Arenanet employee Having the difficulty lowered to my skill level rather than letting me grow and overcome a great challenge is terribly patronizing and it removes the satisfaction of a great victory for both old and new players. And turning off the system is a terrible option, why would I cripple myself when I'm doing all I can to overcome this challenge? This Emboldened Mode is taking away the fun of the game, I don't like seeing it in old content I've already beaten and I don't want to see it in new challenges I have yet to conquer.

Dear Arenanet employee. The "low" contrast cursor was a great addition to the game, although it is not pointy, please make the tip sharp and use the tip for actual clicking instead of the inner part of the cursor. Best wishes!

Dear Arenanet employee. We really enjoy the new ability to dismount the flying mounts while in the air. We'd also like the ability to dismount the other mounts too, it is very frustrating not being able to dismount the roller beetle mount because it's bouncing. Best wishes! (ps. please add free camera while mounted, it is also very frustrating not being in full control of the camera)

Dear Arenanet employee In Heart of Thorns and season 3 we had unique epic challenges both in combat and professions, we got to use our brains and we felt smart figuring out complicated mechanics. But since then everything is getting more and more mindless and grindly rather than epic and challenging in a game where the success rate is already so high in almost all PvE content. I can see your design goals are to make every player play all the content, which is a good thing but poorly executed. Rather than letting us learn the game and feel good about overcoming an epic challenge, you lower the required skill until there are no cool challenges left, only mindless grind. Let us grow at our own phase, let us feel good about learning the complicated aspects of the game, let the builds, fractals and raids be challenging rather than grindy. Don't remove the fun of the game.
