It was in a NCSoft meeting release that was translated by teh googlez. It has been 'greenlit' but only that far. Also, their NCSoft West holdings have all been consolidated into ArenaNet, but have not been turning a profit. Despite not turning a profit they are happy with the consolidation. -

Unless GW3 is a substantial overhaul of both the system, graphics, and story telling then I will be hard pressed to try it. -
You're not adding a leap, you're moving it around. Where would Rupturing go? Having a 600 range AOE is nice on the base kit, especially since it can be trained to immobilize the targets.

For pve. Leave it the way it is now for WvW/pvp. -
They add those 16 unique skins, bringing the 3 UW skins to land means they'll need to do 19 skins moving forward.

I think it is more that they do not want to commit to having to create more models in the future, which they would have to do if they ported UW weapons to land.

Elementalist: Longbow or Shortbow. Heavy Power and CC focused Necro: I'm going to go branch out here. Shield. One skill blocks, and syphons health per block, no range. Flips over to give Dark Aura. The other skill summons a bone wall that cannot be passed even with stability, but with a short duration. Can be detonated for strike and bleed damage. Mesmer: Shortbow. Arcane bard meme. Let them have the flavor. Teef: Due for a good OH honestly... Give them sword OH. Ranger: Give the RANGEr memers something to make them happy. Either a MH pistol or a rifle, all offense, not defense. Engi: Due for another melee weapon IMHO. Especially due for a new OH weapon. Either OH mace, or dual Axes. Not sure on the theme though Guardian: Rifle. Complete the Holy Gun meme. Revenant: Longbow. Feels like they need their ranged game improved. Warrior: Speaking of ranged... MH 900 RANGE pistol. Make it support and power focused so it can be paired with WH and Staff.

The only changes I would make would be to speed up the AA chain and GS2 slightly.

I would love to see Major: Power | Expertise Minor: Precision | Ferocity. Call it Dark Templar. I'd also like to see a version that is precision major and Expertise minor. There are power builds that still rely on soft condis like cripple, vuln, and immobilize that would thrive under such a stat set. -

FWIW, something more concrete for wielding OH weapons would be nice. OH weapons in general, not just a subset of them.

The thing is there was a time where every traitline had a source of adrenaline gain in them. Tactics had Adrenaline on the WH trait prior to the Tactics rework and Merciless Hammer was inside of Strength prior to the Defense rework. Personally I think Strength needs it on a minor. Building Momentum is a logical and thematic choice. Phalanx Strength needs something to make it more competitive, though that option may be too powerful as I suggested. It could be tweaked to only grant adrenaline when the trait itself grants the might, if that is still too powerful, then it can have a 1s ICD. In essence, if you use a skill that grants X might to yourself, and that skill grants X might to allies around you with PS, PS would then grant you X*M adrenaline, rather than X*N_allies, where M is some multiple for adrenaline generation. M could be 1, or 2, or 3 depending on what testing shows works best for the various game modes. Since it would be on a GM trait I'd ere on a multiple greater than 1 then.
