  1. One guy I know left cuz he couldnt get arcdps working for some reasons. And I think that is a good decision. Raids are already too easy, they are boring after a few times, you cant even get rewards more than once per week or more than once per CM. If anet banned arcdps and we didnt get smth else to measure dps, it would be useless to stay. Raids are fun only cuz you can push your performance and outdps ppl, reach dps mumbers on chrono which some ppl cant get playing warrior or, even worse, dps. No arcdps = no thrill.
  2. Wouldnt change nothing. If that was the case, people would just kick every1 who wouldnt have it checked. In the end more time loss for all.
  3. Argument about doing mechanics and having low dps is just pure garbage. For example, you can do greens on dhuum as bs and get 10k++ final dps while most of bs players are like 6k. And then they say 'oh wait, I was doing greens'. No, they are just weak players. If you join as dps, you do dps, you can be top dps even of you press f a few times, because, guess what, those dead players also lose dps. Ofc, if you do cannons on Sab, you cant beat top dps, but I've never seen a call out cuz of this. So general tip is to get good.
  4. That would demand to always have a static group, the moment there isn't a full party and lfg is used, it's almost guaranteed it won't be secret anymore. You wouldnt use lfg for a strat like that, because it requires coordination. And yes, eventually it will be used by more ppl, but posting it on reddit was just a stupid unless they hoped it to be nerfed.
  5. People are just stupid to share good methods to farm gold in this game. If you have one, keep it to yourself or reliable friends.
  6. It was enough to keep you afloat. Not on par with SW or istan, but okayish considering the upfront weekly rewards. More would have been better to begin with, because then more players would have been attracted to repeating raids, which is important to get good and stop being the one that gets carried constantly.Now its a handful of BLUE unident gear. Worth not even 10s. What were the specific amounts before and after? Let’s say they did a full wing clear. How much gold did they get before and how much gold do they get now? That’s what I was asking. Despite the difference between unident gear and bag of gear, I don’t think players got enough of either to make that change being a significant drop in gold. Especially if assisting others with their raids. Before: 1-2 champ bags + 2-4 masterwork bags = ~12s + mats from champ bagNow: 4-6 unidentified blue gear = ~5s Was it worth it? Barely. Theres enough threads about this issue however.But now its even less so, and it feels like a kick in the nuts. Its the straw that broke this camels back. Until anet fixes this issue, Im going to fullclear once a week - maybe - and then log off. Since thats how its supposed to be done anyway.No more helping out. I dont need the practice, and its no fun to do raids with noobs anyway, due to the downtime between pulls mostly.I aggree. It's a joke that you cant get anything at least semi ok for clearing multiple times. CMs once per account, now normal raids once per week. Some ppl, including me, have fun when they see +gold. But now going more raiding than once per week is a waste of time. Helping noobs is a waste of time. Not that rewards werent garbage before.

  9. You do not need devs to rework raids - just go as 5 man anyway, noone stops you xd . Look, you will be able to contribute 20% also. Win-win.

Not =, cuz it's only a proxy. Anet didnt give us anything better to prove our experience, so here we are. If you dont like raids, go re-do the same story 100 times if you find it fun, play solo if you find it fun, go roleplay if you find it fun. But there is no reason to say raiders are toxic because they try to play with similar skill ppl. You are not entitled to play whatever crap you want in a team content.
  11. Raids are piss easy anyway. People are just bad in general. The only thing they could do is adding some weekly rewards to CMs, at least like a Raider supply box, the same one you get for the first kill. Then it would make worth the time to repeat some CMs.
  12. It's funny how ppl want dps to run berserker/viper for the best dps, but they dont mind chronos running garbage builds. Anyway, minstrel is a safe choice, but if you run it for every boss, you are just bad. For example, bosses like MO or Sab have nothing to tank. Deimos(if group has low dps), Desmina and some other high pressure bosses can require higher toughness. Even then, they are possible with 1005 or similar. People care about boons and tend to ignore the fact that some chronos have 0 idea or abilities to use best gear or build for every boss. But if you kick a chrono, you will waste much more time searching for a new one than killing a boss and carrying 0 dps chrono. And it's easily possible to keep boon 100% on a squad with sub 50 BD, but your both chronos need to have hands and press buttons. P.s. I saw some people said that dps'es expect aegis all the time. It is true in some cases like Gorseval. Chronos should be able to provide aegis for at least 95% of slams and dps players should not dodge that attack most of the times.
