Is their any groups that still do this meta? I need the tale of courage and I have to complete an event thats in the meta but I can't do it solo

So I'm finished up my zerker asc gear for my theif but not I want to gear him up for condi only for open world, I know for open world is doesn't matter a whole lot but I'd just like to know the most optimal gear before I dig into crafting it, I'd like it to be able to solo stuff and be good with group stuff, iv been recommended trail blazers and vipers, what is the best option? Or if their other Stats that's better please list

I changed the title , im mistaken then, I thought I got it from thag reward track because that's the one I was doing and thought it was a chest from there

So the medium chest and leg armor piece icon for the Warlord Armour Chest have been flipped around, on the chest piece it shows the leggings and the leggings show the chest piece i almost chose wrong, but saw this, i believe all the other armors are fine just these ones, thank you!

How are you able to change a weapon/armour back to its original skin once you've changed it? I don't see the weapons original skin in the wardrobe section

Was open world damage reduced too? I feel like my theif is even weaker now

But is it better than S/D as far as dps?

Let's say I'm roaming open world, is the damage output about the same? Let's say theirs a boss event (I normally run DE rifle but like having a melee setup) is s/d still more optimal?

Iv been in a loop trying to figure out which setup is better, I do all game modes, getting more involved in wvw now but I just can't seem to decide what's more optimal in most cases, it seems like after the back stab nerf people kinda left d/p to s/d, is one really better than the other or does it all come down to personal preference?
