  2. Sadly, your average gamer these days are not so eloquent. I think that is where a lot of people saw a hard time in taking keeps, they didn't do any pre work. I have to agree I can't remember the last time a tag asked that a structure be weakened. What I don't quite agree with is it doesn't happen since a lot of Havocs were already doing this, its just part of the Havoc game. Thin the walls, try and get defenders to burn supply, knock out the camps before the tag gets there and be in a good spot to engage defenders trying to get in once the attack starts. I asked for and like private and public tags. I think when the main tag goes private they lose out on aid Havocs and roamers might give them since they can't do that pre-work for them even if they didn't know it was already going on. The amount of times I have seen a tag laugh at a wall that was already low and thought that it was luck. 😉
  3. If they can use 50 to take an empty keep, it's fair that 1-2 counter their progress. Actually using multiple havocs is a good way to counter a side with more to try and break them into smaller groups to balance the fights. So no I wouldn't put a min on keep takes.
  4. For roamers it does take two trips but I don't quite agree that is a limiting factor, just means you need different spots or to be fast.
  5. Funny one last night. For some reason I didn't feel my normal stubbornness to not lose stuff since it was all papered anyway. Knocked down a tower wall and went in. Had an enemy havoc follow me in, it was their tower, figured if they attacked I would go for it but wouldn't end well considering the numbers. They watched me take down the NPCs and emoted. I emoted back and left their tower. They caught me breaking into one of their keeps. Got an offer to join guild and switch servers. Had to laugh. Added them to friends if we ever get Alliances.

  7. Absolutely! Well....only if the lord hits the zerg with the defender. Considering the zerg might have already taken the structure before the player lands after being tossed.
  8. Part of the WR project is to deal with this. This would be splitting the population even further. Its the same reason EotM doesn't have the same rewards since it too drew players out of the game. We have one set of maps since you need to be able to callout and get players out of one map to aid another. We have large, small and roamer gameplay because they are meant to interact and work together to achieve goals. A healthy server needs all three else they will get run over one way or another on given maps.
  9. lol. I am a Roamer. I run a Havoc. If you see me pub tag it means I am looking to hold. I try and warn my side. My job is to kill them, their job is to prove me wrong and hold and kill the otherside. What we are missing is reasons to win.

I assume you are looking to try and post ideas without feedback. You must be a youtuber. You are still welcome, but don't expect to have one-sided conversations lol. Forum Wars 2 welcomes all. Here we all banter across server and regions. Its an open space for all of us. I enjoy banter across servers, regions and time zones. But your details were way too slack.

  13. No, people used them to defend. You craft and leave multiple Omega around so that a scout coming to check could pop in one and delay the capture point till more players could arrive to assist in the defense. You still needed to to be manned to contest. Now you won't contest while in the golem.
  14. I mean maybe the falling on sword is too far. Maybe if they had the lord pick up one defender at a time walk up the wall and throw them at the attacking zerg while yelling "GETEM!" and then proceeds to grab the next defender until the objective is emptied out. That might be more in line.
  15. But if you have only 30 players this isn't a defense too strong issue but a population coverage issue honestly.

  19. I guess I am sorry you couldn't beat 3 defenders with your 50+. So since it does sound like you are having problems breaching these paper structures that when empty take just 1-2 players, what numbers are failing against? Even the devs say they want bigger fights in objectives even if their actions don't show it. You won't get fights if defenders have no time to arrive. By team sport I guess you mean your team but not having another team present it seems? A lot of players like long fights, its kind of even why they added the events to encourage more fights. What's your issue with siege? It adds gameplay to both sides even if its like getting hit by water balloons for the most part.
  20. Actually....that was something I was pondering for a feature on a new map, you need to hold multiple objectives at the same time. Careful what you joke about lol. Having the lord in one spot and the ring in another and you need to keep one down and control the other could be interesting even if I know where you meant. 😉 But I agree with you snark there as well lol.
  21. Across all objective tiers, walls and gates will now be rebuilt when 50% of their health has been restored. This sounds like a good change on paper but see a number of issues with it, will need to test. Even without testing it still favors numbers. Pre-weakening objectives was a way for a smaller side to wear away a larger one by forcing them to use supply to repair and or exit their structures to come out to the camp to grab supply. Plus if this wasn't coded considering contention then it might go back to encouraging players to repair while still under attack and just wait for the wall to hit 49 and then drop supply so it goes back to 100. Anyone in game trying this yet? Skip this, the way I read the notes on this was wrong after rereading.
  22. The key was to keep your stuff. They errored on the karma train here, not the fight else they would have made the rings bigger. I like how they say they are trying to balance the fight, but they aren't they want people to just run around the maps and avoid each other.
  23. A lot of defenders did this, it was only a slight delay but it helped.
  24. Its more of an example of take time and think through details of your requests and think it from multiple angles. And then after make sure if you weren't asking for it is has less impacts on other changes. Example people asking for inspects on gear/trait templates. Mileage will vary but for me this is a bad idea for this game mode.
