  1. same, was queued for EBG for about 5 minutes, it popped, clicked "travel" within 10-20 seconds and was told "full, wanna queue?"
  2. just spent about 20 minutes defending a tower in ebg, 20+ players on both sides, got many kills in the process, got daily invasion defender, rolled an emblem of the avenger, but did not once get tower defense credit, and other people in the fight were similarly perplexed based on the above descriptions of what likely constitutes credit, it makes sense, it was QL, green owned it, it had been opened by a cata on the ledge by blue, and then we kept fighting over it at the walls, so nobody we killed while defending had killed a guard or been anywhere near the capture ring. please consider reverting the repair change until defense (and offense) credit can be more reasonably achieved, or you're just gonna keep on punishing the majority of the players in this game mode for the leeching actions of a few. there's plenty of other leeching going on like AFK farmers, PvE meta leeches, etc. that goes unaddressed, why was this particular situation so important to "fix" while making it feel so much worse for your active players.
  3. latest patch resolved this, got the achievement on logging in after updating my client.
  4. revisited all the puzzles in Dragon's End and did not get credit for that in the new achievement, so its not achievable in it's current state
  5. In the same situation as most, having already completed these achievement in the original EoD maps, so no checklist to work from0, just went through all the chests in Dragon's End, marked off each one on the map from the wiki as it was opened, double-checked that all 21 were opened, did not receive credit for Dragon's End in the new achievement. So this new achievement appears to be unachievable if you already did the original achievements.
  6. The most recently released "Fortunate Blossom" and previously released "Red Crane" fishing rod skins are experiencing the issue where they do not play the audio indicator along with the red exclamation point when a fish bites. Submitted a Bug Report in-game but wanted to add visibility in the forums as well.
  7. regarding this part of the issue: note the url contains "dev", this was an oversight that arenanet has since corrected as for not getting the drops in-game, same happening with my accounts, and there's another thread with several other people in the same boat, hopefully someone at arenanet is investigating.
  8. same situation here as most are reporting, linked arenanet and twitch accounts before the drops started, both sides show the connection, also verified they are the correct accounts, earned the first four drops over 12 hours ago, each drop shows that it's connected to the game account, but nothing has been delivered in-game as of yet... wondering if there could be some restrictions on new accounts, only created the twitch account a few days ago
  9. same disconnect experience across multiple characters and zones thanks for the tip about the hero panel "pre-load" workaround
  10. had the same issue for several days last week, same propId errors, similar situation in that my first playthrough was fine, then it crashed when trying to enter it on a different character. kept trying it once a day, kept on crashing, eventually decided to finish echovald map completion on that character, afterwards went back to try the story step again and was finally able to enter and complete it. couldn't even begin to guess what specific thing changed in my case that led to it resolving... good luck.
  11. not OP but did not reset for my account when it was in this partially completed state across two weekly resets now, still stuck, have tried multiple characters, nothing changes the dialogue to let her accept the last statue.
  12. Still won't accept the statue after the 3/8 patch, still blocking Legendary acquisition
  13. Call of War was active under a "World vs World Weeklong Bonus" event from Oct 1st up right until the the Oct 5th patch, then it vanished. according to their news post, it was a scheduled bonus event that should have run from Oct 1st through Oct 8th: Guild Wars 2 Live: Fall and Winter 2021 | GuildWars2.com (bottom of the post, "Festivals and Bonus Events" section So, yes, it ended early
  14. still no sign of a "repeatable WvW Drizzlewood Coast Reward Track" after today's patch.... would be great to get some acknowledgement as to whether the patch notes were in error or if this issue is still yet to be corrected
  15. The Icebrood Saga Materials selectable bag already had Memories of Otter and shards of Crystallized Blood of Jormag as options before this patch was released. This would have to be a several days late patch note, that refers to the wrong track name, and calls a selection bag a "final chest", for the assumption that "it's really the Icebrood Saga Reward track" to be accurate.
  16. same here, only see the non-repeatable, not the new one that I had not finished. hopefully its just still flagged as hidden and it will be an easy fix the original track was not repeatable, the new one that no longer shows up was repeatable, but at this point, who knows what its all supposed to be?
  17. uh, it may be even worse than that. i had left the track unfinished in the hopes that the final reward would get fixed, and unless i'm going blind, its just not there anymore....
  18. Changing maps updated the achievement to the expected state on my account as well
  19. Same situation on my account, had it all done, now its looks just like your example
  20. after troubleshooting this by clearing local.dat and running client repairs with no improvement, it looks like the -mapLoadInfo argument is the actual problem (at least in my case): after removing that argument from my computer with an nvidia gpu that was taking up to 5x longer to load maps, and load times are back to where they were pre-patch. adding that argument to various other computers who were not using it prior, and whose load times seemed to be unaffected by this patch, those computer's load times become 2x to 5x longer (this is across a range of hardware configurations that all performed differently prior). removing the argument from those computers reverts the load times back to whatever they were for that particular computer.
  21. deleting local.dat did not improve the situation in my case. the very first load-in, with the graphics setting at default due to the local.dat being recreated, was better, but after putting all the graphics settings back to where they were, it's back to being horrible again. and just to quantify "horrible" for my case: prior to this patch most zones/instances loaded in less than 10 seconds, some as quickly as 5 seconds (like Guild Hall). Only Mistlock Sanctuary, or DR during a festival, took longer, but still usually loaded under 20 seconds.after the patch most zones take up to 30 seconds to load, guild hall takes over 20 seconds, DR (festival) and Mistlock take up to 60 seconds
  22. same experience here with nvidia 1080, spending so much more time on models, and loading into any map is taking up 5x longer than it used to in my case. even with all the graphics settings at their lowest, its the same situation. on a different computer with just intel gfx, everything still loads in the same amount of time as before the patch
  23. Players who consistently clear all the wings each week are probably shrugging off this abrupt change in direction, but imagine being a player returning after some time away, drawn back because a new raid wing was released and the legendary ring is finally able to be completed, but who had not yet performed their limited volume exchange because they were assured it would not also be limited in duration. This is a great "welcome back" gift, well done.
