Ok, so I fixed the problem. I deselected then reselected the Death Magic - Flesh of the Master trait and now the minions seem to have much improved health. I was playing with different hero builds and changing between build tabs and I think that trait's characteristics got lost and needed to be reset.

I didn't change anything, I've been playing my Ranger. I'm a Reaper Build (DM:1 1 3, BM: 1 3 1, Reaper: 2 1 3). Gear and build have not changed.

Not sure when it happened but in the last update or two my minions die a lot quicker, especially the healing minion. Anyone else noticed this? Did I miss something?
