  1. At first, at the end of each battle the game never end the "loading screen" not even when trying to start a battle the loading doesnt load
  2. Have you noticed how the Golem use Rocket Fist when you use skill 3 of your weapon? Well I proppose: Golem AA be tied to our engi AA too, always targeting our current target or first enemy hit (with our current target having priority). Weapon skill 2 tied to any other secondary golem attack. Rocket fist remain the same. Now, if the golem do not receive input for at least 1 second it return automatically to our side. These changes eliminate the "attack on my target" and "return to me" orders, giving us a more natural control over our Golem. It eliminate "agresive" automation but facilitate the maneuver of our golem in determinated moments we are not attacking. Yeha, I know that could make our golem not do damage if we are unable of attack by CC or other situations but I feel it is better this way, we are directly commanding our golem and he lack true inteligence so only act because we order it to attack. It can also open the door to each grandmaster trait have an special attack activated by weapon skill 2 usage, with cooldown of course!
  3. I envision the "Make your own weapon" using the staff as a base. Overview: The specialization consist in a prototype weapon with diferent functionality depending of traits: -First Column determining weapon range. -Second column determining skill range. -Third column determining emphasis on strike damage, boon/control or condi damage for skills and weapon damage The toolbelt 1-3 is replaced with an "adrenaline" bar fillee on skill usage. Toolbelt 4 will be a burst with an effect depending of selected Major trait selected. Toolbelt 5 will be the same as core. The range modifier of the class will dictate of powerful its effect will be (the closer range the stronger the effect) with a range band of 300/600/900. The strike damage/boon control/condiciones damage will give a effective way of focus for the skills All of this play well with the theme of the engineer being a generalist
  4. Not only in WvW. Just an hour before the patch I killed myself agains a team with retaliation fighting mid node. I didnt have time to reack, just died in my first FT1 salvo. When I looked at the damage log i was surprised of the 9k retaliation damage i took. What a way to say goodbye retaliation
  5. I fear my lovely scrapper become a full support. I can not comment of how much this patch can change scrapper. I can only say and hope Anet hold the three path viable (tanky, supportive and smashy)

You have to consider 2 things: 1)FT is an hybrid weapon (60% direct damage 40% condi damage) and consist in a constand aplication of burning so dont expect to burts someone 2) You will want to run the scrapper specialization. The bottom traitline give you lots of might generation just using the FT (with the apropiate Juggernaut trait from firearms) I run hybrid FT scrapper and from my experience I advice you try Destroyer it give you the trinity of direct damage and condition damage. Combine it with the rune of flame legion (wich give you burn duration and +7% damage agains burning). Now think about it. Because you want to run hybrid that mean you will sacrifice heath and armor so you must complement it with defensive skill slots. The shield gyro is a must.   8. I main scrapper and my experience is that it is indeed powerful agains some builds. FT scrapper shine agains inmovile builds but suffer greatly agains the slippery ones. The rework to the trait is indeed a buff in general because not only the FT build benefit from it so it open the door to new build paths

I dont like one sided assumtions about information we dont have all the data Answering to your question, I as a player who just bought the game and have no need to pay for suscription, i dont care. The beauty of this game is that I dont need to pay for things i really dont want. I dont want gliders, i dont want raids? I dont buy HoTs and can still play the game with no problem. Gemstore is optional and the game allow you to change gold for gems. The game dont force you pay for things you dont want. The before point is to make clear that the biggest money revenue of the game are the expansions, remember you dont pay suscription so the speed of content outside expansion is to expected be slow. The point about the side projects, if you dont know what those "secrets projects" were, better not make fake assumtions of what it could be and speak as if you really know what they were. Humans would fight a defensive war, they dont have resources nor the tech to make assault again the charr, their only bridge should be ebonhawk as have been seem all the time but this time charr have more advanced warmachines and we havent see any tech from the kingdom of kryta. If human in central tyria have any chance of win is with the help from the other human countrys but at the moment of the hystory elona is out of play and cantha closed their borders. Asura will sell weapons and (the inquest) take advantage of the conflict to further their onterest. Sylvaris will try negotiate a truce and remain neutral. Norm will do what a norm do: forge his legend, be it in the battlefield or in some other way. The interesting thing is what will happen with the orders of tyria: The Vigil will try the enforce the truce with the sylvari and create safe zones for the refugees of war. The priory will ignore the whole problem until someone start disrupt their excavation trying to found some lost superweapon The order of whisper will split in sub factions each one supporting one faction or other but i thing the bigger part will support the humans. The wild card will be how the elder dragon problem is solved
