your server doesn't matter in that aspect as it's one big server for EU or for NA. I'm also trying to do the event and yes it has been completely bugged out for the past 3 days. -
none of the pre-events spawned making it impossible to get to kill the boss. Very frustrating as it is required for a legendary collection.
