Dragon's Stand is not a PoF map. You need to get xp on a PoF map.

There is a dungeon armor named Inquest perhaps it will have the apperance you want.

You will get a tran charge when you complete a map or rearly a blc key. Easiest to do is the main cities and you get exp too.

That is correct. You need transmutation charges to change the skin of items.
