How can the cause be known and nothing done to fix it over a year later? >_> Absurd character movement is a great way to attract new players 🙄

Has this problem been acknowledged by anet since this comment in March? It only started happening to me significantly this year after a patch. Embedded link also talks about it. I just started playing through the story again for the achievements, but my character is constantly tilting on sloped surfaces! It sucks.

It happens on my rev all the time in combat. Although minor it's so annoying... don't play much anymore because of it.
