All the exclusive items in the BLCs are available for statuettes, as soon, as they are removed from the BLCs. The older they get, the cheaper they will be, they start in the "New"-Tab and then move to "Recent" -> "Vintage"

An addition to this, as it may look like a bug because there is no additional message etc., if the preview-window doesn't open for someone, it usually means that everything is already unlocked.

The game uses a megaserver-system (except for WvW until the reconstruction), so all servers of one region are in one datacenter, so all you have to test is, if EU or NA is better for you. You can just make a free acount on the other region and test it, no need to pay for a switch. It should also be more realistic than just some ping tests.

Sliding mechanics would be nothing new in GW2, they already exist since at least SAB W2. Sliding even existed as an instability in fractals, but it was removed within 3 months because many people didn't liked it.

If you craft multiple weights, it's actually much closer to the other sets or even somewhere between them, as the price on efficiency includes the price for the collections, which are only needed once for all three weights,.

Why should it be cheaper? If you consider, that the "precursors" are only needed once for the three weights, the price is already lower than for some of the other sets.

It's not a mastery, it's an achievment listed under Horn of Maguuma, if this one is unlocked, you should be able to use the elite weapons? Which weapon did you try to use?
