I just saw there are 2 npc's there with this name. I was talking to the Kage on the top. there is a 2nd Kage behind the heart npc. 1. step of the achievment. Speak to Kage... but he does not speak with me. (He just say: be still, commander...) its also not possible to interact with that crest. restart the story chapter does not help too. tried it with all my characters. some with active story, and some without. no progress.

Anet should use the Karma system to make leechers losing karma and gold if they get to many reports in one instance. And make it 100% NOT profitable. There are also tons of leechers at other events, not only dragonstorm.

Unlock all (6) templates for 9 Character (all preofessions) cost 10x more than the whole game. this must be a super bad joke...And you still have limited slots to store builds.

Level-Booster and XP-Booster are 100% useless if you play for 7 Years. (also for 6,5,4,3 and 2)What 100% could be used are inventory or bank slots.
