So the bug occurred when i failed Electrophobia achievement. I usually was able in the past to log out and log back in to restart from the last checkpoint and redo the achievement incase i fail. Usually i was able to see eligability to achievements next to my buffs and conditions. but after relog they disappeared. Tried restarting and it didn't fully restart the mission, and the achievement's were absent as tooltips on the bottom aswell. After completion i got one of the achievement . this obviously occurred druing The Crystal Dragon.
