Guys u really have noting better to do? All I see crying cos some one use mount of thife(staff) to get in. As some one sayed above is cople years now since this kind of exploit and if Arena-N doing noting about it just join the train or move on. Also raporting is = 0 they will not ban half of server.

Maybe its not an exploit or an bug.... maybe its an feature of the warclaw, so it is still useful

i don't care about rules that defend cheaters and exploiters, rules can be changed

They will ban the forum account.  It’s part of the TOS.

 

Naming and shaming.  Right or wrong, Anet will take that action.

It wasn’t me who has it, but the reality is, it will get reported, the post will get deleted and the account will be banned short term.

Just post links to the video you upload if you want to. Anet won't watch it - it just shows what they already know. 

 

We've posted videos on reddit of people cheating directly into the lords room or bay/towers/keep etc and then reported/sent links to the videos; these are actual cheats not jumping gates/walls etc. How can we be certain? Have people in the towers/keeps when the person hacking is around and BOOM magically the player appears infront of them attacking the lord in a T3 keep. They do a runner as a player is there - but less than a minute later they're appearing in another lords room across the map. Nothing ever seems to happen to that person either. So you stop bothering.

 

Care as much as anet do and you'll have a lot less stressful gaming experience 🙂

Not a hack but an exploit. If he is using the glitch on purpose to gain entry instead of on accident then its an exploit. But how can you prove it was on purpose cuz you didn't show whether or no the player was attempting to exploit the glitch. I've accidently glitched thru gates and I would just run out of the tower cuz I wasn't supposed to be there.  And this guy immediately ran out of the tower leading me to believe he glitched in on accident. Also, for a second there after he was in, he paused as if to try to figure out what happened before leaving. He didn't do it on purpose.

Actually I've accidently glitched thru gates at briar, water, hills, stoic, and fire keep. It happens.

It's an exploit done on purpose, you have to use the mount on the left edge of the wall to dismount onto the top of the gate, I have a video of it being done. I've never seen anyone "accidently" get in of a structure through ghost gates or whatever, even back in the day when people use to say mesmers could port through gates I've never seen it happen, only other time I've seen something this strange was when someone was walking in and out the the solid part of the outer walls in smc, and well that was definitely a hack. 

 

More people doing this every day now cause they know nothing will happen to them for it, anet doesn't care, so why should the exploiters.

Yep.  Since making this thread, I've seen two more instances at this same tower.  All were 100% on purpose as they were actual groups of people each individually doing it, one by one.  The most recent was two people jumping onto the ledge on the left to dismount onto the top of the gate.  They took the tower and proceeded to gank any solos who passed by.  Recorded it, but what's the use.

I mean, if we want to play mind reader, I could just as well say he paused at first because he realized there were more people inside the tower than he thought, and he hightailed it because said people jumped on him and chased him out.

I hope Anet commits itself into fixing bugs and preventing players from using exploits, this is not the only one I am aware of.  Exploits honestly make players like me, who play honestly without exploiting bugs, to lose interest for WvW.
