Does Don't Stop trigger before Unhindered combatant and prevent the endurance penalties?

Swiftness is granted after the dodge, so Don't Stop will trigger after and therefore you will not be able to avoid the penalty.

This is true, but the 80% reduced duration on movement impeding condis on don't stop means that you're a lot less likely to get the endurance penalty from dash unless you're fighting a dedicated condi duration build like immob soulbeast or condi scourge. Something it does do is make the engage part of infiltrator's strike (sword 2) remove immob because it applies swiftness, and that with swiftness from dash with antitoxin runes can be a pretty crazy amount of condi cleanse. I still think that core S/D is stronger because you get to take deadly arts tho, and you really shouldn't be getting hit by that many condis to start with.

Don't Stop and Hard to Catch are much better than their predecessors. Would definitely recommend in WvW.
