Rangers might have the option to tame a hostile hunting hound and have it fight for them in the ensuing battle. Thieves might find a sharpened bone to pick a lock with. Mesmers might get annoyed at more conventional attempts to break through a barred door and just teleport beyond it, etc. There are several for each profession. I think engies can repair turrets along the way -- stuff like that.
