Sharing items with second character

Hi all, although I got GW2 5/6 years ago from a friend as bday present, I'm new to GW2. Basically, I created a Silvary Elementalist when I got the game and I received a lot of bonus items. Now, I'm finally starting to play GW2 but decided to create a Charr Necromancer in the same server. The question is... can I share the items I received in character 1 with character 2? I haven't open any of those items: first, second... sixth bday gift; Chest of Black Lion goods; Bday card; Jubilant dye pack; Letter of Influence; Anniversary backpack and Mail carrier pack.

Every item from the birthday gifts are shareable with every character on your account.

 

 

As for other items., everything is shareable except masterwork, rare and exotic rarity equipment. Check the description of the item, if it says soulbound on use, then it cannot be shared with other characters once you equipo said gear in one character.

Items that are soulbound are only usable on the character to which they are soulbound.  Accountbound items are useable by any/all characters on the account.  MOST exotic armor and weapons are soulbound on use.  Ascended gear is accountbound and can be passed back and forth between characters.
