Packet Loss since ~September

Like i told in the german forums, i noticed an unplayable amount of packet loss, starting about one and a half weeks ago. people and my char keep zigzagging and rubberbanding all around, primarily through the prime time hours in +2 GMT, 8pm till 10pm

 

For Anet to have a kind of leverage if this is indeed amazons fault, like my pingplotter suggests, i made screenshots today and here they are. Please try to fix this as its getting worse and worse, today on 2 occasions i was rubberbanding for > 10 seconds so i suppose near a complete disconnect.
