That's actually a very good idea, make it pulsing like binding roots. And increase the cool down a bit.  The evade frame-eater part sounds questionable but stances and shouts would still be good then. We do need changes to physical skills that make solo roaming tolerable tbh if it's ever going to be buffed because that's what physical skills are; 1v1 or small scale utilities.

I meant it as either the dodge movement faceplant thing or the roots thing, The roots thing might be easier to do for arenanet though since its already in the game it just needs to repaint the roots to bolas , but I don't think it will be any less kitten than ranger roots. The faceplant thing feels like better idea since it has allot of ways to play around it, maybe it could work like magebane tether but tied to a location instead of the warrior.
