Wouldn't those 4 kit replace the Skills you could get anyway ? Like the Engineering Kits do atm ?

That's adding 20 new skills to every build of that elite spec solely through the spec mechanic, no way in hell is Anet going to do something like this.

Funny enough... It's kinda what Anet has done with bladesworn. Bladesworn adds 2 weapon kits with gunsaber and dragon trigger. It's not thematically the same as having spears, greataxes and such, but mechanically, it's not that far away from that suggestion.

But in this case its not though.
Its like having 3 burst skills on the same cooldown and  a tome lite for skills 4 and 5. As for the Gunsaber on F1 this is basically a compulsory weapon swap on being Greatsword 2.0.

To justify the removal of Weapons swap would be to add in a few other options, say as an example F1, F2 and F3 became open to the warrior as selectable 'kit like' weapons, providing up to 5 'weapon' kits but only 2-3 can be picked at a time. F1 would have to retains some burst like ability on core weapons/offhand weapons(to really spice things up). It could have even been worked to be that kits gain more effects, damage or conditions based on how much adrenaline you have when entering them.
This would make the player have to pick, do you burst? Do you switch into a weapon mode right away? or wait till you are at max adrenaline to spend it all on the bonus effects.

This would create the 'weapon master' feel fitting to the warrior, yes on paper they would be kits, but they'd act as warrior like weapons fitting to the class role.

As to 'no way they'd add 20 skills to the build of the elite spec' I shall just mention ele.
