Its not necessary either. I'm following trains just fine with WPs + Griffon. Like others said that kind of exploration is a huge part of the charm of GW2. Dithnir.4593 Posted September 22, 2021 Share Posted September 22, 2021 Agree with the OP it was pretty bad, game design wise, the first bit, at least the later bits around hunting etc. felt a bit more engaged in terms of a journey. The only positive benefit was I used those quests to get the hang of riding skyscales.
