Vindicator Bug Thread

Bugs I noticed:

-Movement skills from GS or Alliance Stance do not seem to be considered movement skills by traits. IE Top trait from devastation Aggressive Agility does not remove immobilize with using GS 3, or other new movement skills. 

-Song of the Mists when used to swap to Alliance Stance often gives the skill of the legend you swapped from.

-Spirit Boon similar problem as above bug. Wrong boons from wrong legend if LAS is equipped.

-The Dodge/ "Doomfist" is glitchy. Sometimes people fly up multiple times rubber banding and lagging to oblivion. If the skill is interrupted in some way that normally shouldn't be able to interrupt it the endurance is still spent. There are also random windows where you can be hit anyways - with one big one at the end. This would make it effectively useless in sPvP if it's not fixed as people can just time their burst at the end pretty easily. 

-If you Doomfist while going through portals or other similar mechanics as well as a few bundles in PvE, you might not come down. Some of these are 100% reproducible. It would be very nice if Vindicator could be fixed so that it's not secretly a Space-cadet spec by EOD release. 

-Sometimes the hitbox for GS doesn't do so well on laggy opponents. Better netcode is needed here.

-The "Revenant skills randomly swap positions on legend swap when the skills are set away from default positions" Bug is exasperated HEAVILY by the new legend. If your skills are not in default slots you are pretty much guaranteed to have skills swapping on you. 

-The evade skill on LAS ( Battle Dance ) doesn't evade for the vast majority of its animation. Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but either way it should be looked at because in the current state it makes the skill functionally useless. 

-Engage skill on LAS doesn't hit opponents with superspeed. Again, not sure if this is a bug or intentional - but either way the skill could use better tracking.

-Reaver's Rage randomly fails to do any damage or grant stability. It seems like the cast of the skill can also be movement canceled, which on a stunbreak is very clunky.

Phantom's onslaught- skill description says about range being 900, yet when used at mentioned range, it only dashes like 300 units never reaching the target

 

Nomad's advance - not too often but happened several times in a row. When used - at least out of combat- skills switched to blue side, and like that several times when switched to red side and used this skill again. This stopped when used this skill on enemy to start a fight.

 

Reavers rage - in EOD elites update mentioned this skill will no more grant fury and will daze instead.  Skill description still says it's providing fury, with no info about daze. While using it still grants fury and is no dazing.

Urn does 2% health damage (398 on full zerk). Maybe damage modifiers affect it , in previous beta it had 1% health penalty so this should do 0.5% (tooltip still reads 1% as well).

Battle dance is 3s cooldown instead of patch notes' stated 1s.

Death Drop from Forerunner of Death trait has not been changed in terms of its tooltip and still carries 4.0 power coefficient.

Vassals of the Empire is stated to be reduced from "3.0 to 2.67 in PvP and WvW" but that is likely for Forerunner of Death instead based off tooltips (unless tooltips are wrong). The tooltip damage on Imperial Impact also changes based off whether it is traited yet the trait has no damage bonus , so since the untraited version is matching the old numbers that is the likely culprit.

Previous beta tooltip said 1% but the real damage was 5%. It's currently 2.5% which is half as the patch notes say, but the tooltip is still wrong. Anyway that skill is still trash because it offers no real benefit and can't even heal back the self.inflicted damage if you doubletap immediately.

I have no clue how to recreate it, if it was because of being in combat, out of it using certain skill or what, but several times when using alliance tactics, right when the cooldown goes off, the skills swap back to the other set without going on cooldown again, as if it was a temporary swap for those 10 seconds.

If what you wrote is true someone should have reported the bug last time as well.

True Strike skill (GS4 flip skill after blocking) has "Damage Increase 1/4%" in PVP/WVW and "Damage Increase 1/2%" in PVE which surely isn't intended.

Imperial Guard was 8 energy cost to begin with so the patchnote stating a reduction from 12 energy to 10 energy is incorrect.
