If it still doesn't show up I also don't know any other way than creating a support ticket, I have searched the forums for similar problems but it does not seem to be something that has happened often, I found no other reports of this. . PS: I suppose he meant logging out from the web and then back in, not logging out and in of the game. OP, did you check your Story Journal to see if the Chapters for Heart of Thorns are unlocked?
