Bin64 not where its supposed to be

So I was having issues with my game lots of crashes and errors. So I reinstalled it and still had problems. I then decided to take it off my ssd and erase the ssd leave it open, and reinstall the game on my HDD. Well that went okay except I have no path to bin64 apparently. All my gw2 files are spread around my hard drive they are not in one gw2 folder. To be clear when i reinstalled the game I let it do its thing and install to C program files..from there it just sent the folders all over the drive. So how can I fix this, all the tmp dat bin64 exe folders and files are in dif paths on the HDD.
