Elementalist | Frozen blast not activating combo finisher text

Very minor but I thought it would be best to mention this as it's something I figured out while testing Catalyst. Water dagger 3 (Frozen blast) is activating combo fields but not getting the 'area might' 'area water' etc. text that usually pops up. I tried other weapons within the same water field and they all give the text. I wondered if it was a Catalyst issue but my friend in my guild who plays an elementalist said that it isn't making the combo text appear even on core ele/weaver/tempest. Sorry if this is a duplicate report to someone mentioning it before me, just wanted to get it here and posted!
