Prime code claimed but invalid

Hey, I claimed the code for the 50% off the expacs via Prime gaming. However, there was payment issues for some reason and when I tried to put it back through it says the code is now invalid, despite it saying it is claimed. So from Prime gaming it looks as thought I've used the code and purchased the game updates but from the GW2 side I don't have them. 

 

Any idea on how to solve this? I tried to put a ticket in but get a continuous loop login so had to do so anon and that was over a week ago.

You can update your ticket and inquire about progress.  Just reply to the near-immediate automated response found in your email.
