Its designed to win a Duel in a Single Attack A Casual looks at the points above and thinks it must be the best card(spec) ever. A Veteran looks at it for 10s and knows its unusable in a competitive setting. And that's not even accounting for the hoops you have to go through to even summon it (Getting enough flow to get into Dragon Trigger) In addition that it also doesn't really has much synergy with its own Arc-type(class). Even if you play against Bots(PvE) there are still better and faster ways to win the duel. And at last, it's literally a anime card. Just like Bladesworn feels like a Anime inspired Elite Spec. Every other pof spec can outdamage this new spec weaver has big numbers tempest can ez burst in a few seconds after setting up might and bursting holo we've seen it can burst pretty good and has mobility and sustain. This spec is one of the worse designed specs i've seen. The new ele spec catalys has some flaws it has some stuff very ele like but warrior its like: You got a rifle and it is in melee range to do 5 hits on 5 WHAT? I think even ranger axe might be better than warr axe main hand. That axe throw thing on rangers is lower cd and they got other stuff which is also useful combined to cc and do other stuff. It feels like it was designed for asthetics first and usefulness second. Turn into gunsaber samurai warrior ok its cool but look at holosmith in its design when you switch you get a second set of skills that are useful when you go into holosmith mode. with energy. its way better designed in energy maintenance with strengths. Vindicator is getting the Harem apparently but not the way people would expect (see dialogs). Bladesworn seems like it went full on Demon Slayer, Devil may cry or whatever with all the cool looking bits, but without them working. Also they tried to please everyone (well except me) by adding that Great Axe more adrenalin concept running about the forums, but also the pistol thing, but in the end it went into something that Warrior already has, Damage specs, none of the elites have any synergy with the support options of core warrior. As the OP said Bladesworn looks cool as kitten, but there is not substance to it. There is a titbit here and there but there isn't much connection between tactics and the elites, Tactics is just good by itself after the rework actually tactics overtakes the elites as importance when you run it, but there isn't something to prop it up and be connected with the main mechanic of the specs like for example Scourge, Firebrand, Tempest, All the revs .
