World Restructuring Beta Update

Hi all,

We've encountered a number of issues with the initial beta of World Restructuring and we've decided that our best course of action is to revert back to the World Linking system while we address those problems. We're going to cycle the WvW maps (forcing players out), send players back to their original worlds, and then bring WvW back up. Map state (score, objective ownership) will remain the same.

Thank you for your patience and participation. We've learned a lot and will be looking to run another attempt in a few weeks. We'll also follow up with an assessment of the issues we encountered today.

Unfortunate. As it's the last Friday of the month, will we be getting new links? (Please give us new links)

So being in queued for 2 hours will be all in vain and I wont get into the WvW map even after this long time?

Good move. When litteraly nothing works as planned, its better to stop and fix the bugs, so at least in the next beta the core mechanics are working.

The oposite, the beta is undone and you can get into wvw now.

All jokes aside, do you reckon there will be a new beta within a few weeks? Or do you have no clue yet as to how long it will take to fix all these issues?

Top Problems EU

1. Players are in different Team, also when they signed up.

2. There are multiple Instances

3. Only EU! Players with different Languages are in Teams with an other Language.

4. Multiple Display Bugs

I mean that's why it was a beta test attempt and not a full release. This is nowhere near their intention of a final product.

I transferred regions (EU -> NA) for this beta, and I am now locked due to the only every 7 days limit. I would like to be able to transfer again immediately please. It is not fair that I am stuck now because you have reverted alliances.
