If you choose other it would be very helpful to know what class you would choose ,and why. I appreciate all feed back including builds (anything from theory crafting to meta) , wardrobe choices ,character creation choices (default ,or makeover kit) ,and any other helpful tips. Thank you very much for any ,and all help.

The next elite spec for guardian maybe: it has a lot of movement skills for a fast gameplay (leap, dash...) and it's for swordsmen.

Or necro (reaper, for the greatsword), if you want to role the vampiric aspect (blood magic tree and such); it might be even easier to find a better outfit than with a heavy class. But the gameplay would be too slow for him. idk.

Well he's a vampire or half vampire. The closest thematically is probably necro, reaper with great sword (can't wield one handed swords). Cloth will suit him better than heavy armor. Game play wise reaper is a bit slow and green but has some skills that could pass for shape shifting.

If necro is not your choice. Then you're left with heavy classes. Revenant can have that dark theme. But nothing close to vampire.

Norn thief running sword/X with shadow arts, leeching venoms and sigil of blood for the  "vampire" theme?  Take Become the wolf elite I guess.  You also get a raven form (no bat, sorry).  Stealth = mist?  Close enough.

Seems like maybe some of the medium armors could capture that fancy trenchcoat/cape-y look.  Maybe noble armor coat with outlaw or privateer boots to start?
