Update on EU WvW Reward Issue

Between October 16-17, an outage prevented players from obtaining skirmish track progress and reward track progress in World vs. World on European servers only. We were able to resolve the issue on Sunday but could not recover the reward progress lost during that time. We apologize for the impact on gameplay during this period.

Every player who logged in to Guild Wars 2 on European servers up to eight days prior to the end of the outage on October 17 at 4pm Pacific (UTC-7) will receive 20 WvW Reward Track Potions and 20 WvW Skirmish Tickets via in-game mail. WvW participation is not required for eligibility. There is no need to contact customer support to receive the items. Thank you for your patience while we investigated the issue and worked to resolve it.
