Yesterday it was fine.. today every time i open the gem store (via O, the button or via the merchant) it crashes... 😞 i sent all my error logs to the team. Have sent in the logs every time so hopefully they can use those to pinpoint the cause. Can't hand you my money Anet! Would be nice for both parties to see a quick fix for this I'd think. @Fire Attunement.9835 Can I just ask everyone experiencing this if you have all the shared slots unlocked on your account? democarplus.5179 Posted November 28, 2021 Share Posted November 28, 2021 (edited) Ok so I was having the same issue for a while now, but since there is a lot of posts about the crash when you specifically open the gemstore I cose to not post anything about it, until today since I just did a general purge of my game drive and now I have about 30% of free space. And now the game just runs, the gemstore didn't crash and I have faster loading times. The first time this happened was when I purchased the Home Instance Hunter Board. I received the board, but the error box appeared, and since then, the BLT will not open. I intended to purchase the other three boards, as well, but cannot get back on to do so. All were on sale, but the note said the sale was ending soon. Honestly i didn't buy one this time and i have this issue as well... i bought the LS3 board at christmas but why should that cause me issues now when friday was fine? I can consistently get the game to crash every time I try to look at the gem store. I can use the trading post fine however. I haven't bought anything recently.
