Keybinds suddenly not working

Twice while playing the game within the last week after a map transition suddenly one or multiple keybinds are not working. The first time this occurred I traveled to lions arch and could not jump with spacebar. I could still type spaces in chat so my keyboard itself was not the issue. I tried rebinding jump to another key which did allow me to jump but rebinding it to space made the problem come back. I tried changing maps and characters but this did not fix the issue. The problem existed also while I was mounted but the skimmer would do its hover ability. I had to restart the game to fix the issue. The second time that this bug occurred was when I went from the aerodrome to the golem training arena skills 1-9 were not working which is a far  more serious issue. I could still weapon swap and use my elite (bound to 0). I did not investigate the problem further the second time as I figured only restarting the client would resolve the issue so I logged off for the night.
